They are all teenagers. It took 30 min in the drive thru. I got a 6 piece chicken strip basket and a cheese burger for my friend. I got my food and my friends burger was wrong and they put RANCH DRESSING IN MY BASKET which I thought could have been a mistake. NOPE went back in to them laughing and making fun of the the fact that they did it. So they did it on purpose and thought it was funny. So I made them give me a refund. What bothers me the most is it cost money to buy this food , then they have little kids making it for you with no adult to control them. I'm sorry but this is the worst experience I have ever had. When I went in the place was discusting. You can tell they don't clean right. The place needs ADULT help bad.

the food here has always been fine, not great but not bad either. won’t be coming back, one of the employees has the worst attitude, he was yelling from the kitchen & had to have his coworker keep him calm. childish & embarrassing. he called my sister a liar when she went in to get the burger fixed, and said it’s our fault that the app messed up an order. we don’t even want to eat anymore because he probably spit in it.

They hard core about everything being g perfect, and that's been my only experience every single time I enjoyed myself the last 3 years I lived here. 10 star dairy
Crazy to get charged for a puppy cup of ice cream when it's 87 degrees out and I have to travel with my dog. Must be all the metro tweakers abusing the system or greed by the owners. I bet both. I'm not upset about the 2$ more or less so how the exchange and lack of understanding by the drive through worker went down.

Terrible service. 40 minutes in the drive thru for a blizzard and a dilly bar. Out of half the items on a menu. Needs better staff…ran by a bunch of high school kids who would rather gossip with their friends than do their job. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My family was out enjoying the day so decided to stop at DQ in Metropolis, I'll! What a joke! Pulled in the drive thru! The car sat at the window for 16 minutes before it moved! Parked went in ! 4 people working o sorry standing around do absolutely nothing? My wife ordered 4 blizzards ! Stood at register for another 14 minutes! A total of 30 minutes to get 4 blizzards! Lazyiest people I have ever seen! O and what a sespool inside

I really like the place. Good food fast at a good price. The restaurant is located in a great spot and I want to stop and eat there everytime I drive by it. The owner hangs out there sometimes. He seems friendly, but I'm always worried when he tries to help make the food. He has to ask the employees everytime. LOL I'm like come-on dude, I even know how to make it by now. LOL
