I had a great experience. The workers are really nice and friendly. The kid in the cashier I think his name started with an R probably gave me one of the best treatment I’ve gotten from a fast food place. Probably going to switch to this dunkin because of how fast and nice they were.
I am kind of astounded that this Dunkin only has 3.1 stars. I typically stop by a different Dunkin, but this one was on the way today. I internally groaned when I saw how long the drive-thru line was but it went SO FAST. I'm talking 5 minutes tops. The thing that really brightened my day was that everyone was so friendly. The person on the intercom, the person who handed me my drink, etc. Sometimes drive-thru staff can be crabby (I don't blame them)...so it was nice to be greeted...read full review

To each his own, but I’ll tell you what, I personally have NEVER had a bad experience here. Come for coffee at least once a week and I’ll go out of my way to order from this location, they get my coffee perfect every single time! Always nice, always workin hard behind the counter! I appreciate you guys at Dunkin’ of Midlo!
