They say a Restaurant or Club bathroom says Alot about the Establishment..You All know by now i go by the way the bathroom is....One word "DIRTY" I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED PICTURES DONT LIE! I "HIGHLY - HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL...WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!! JUST A TRASHY PLACE!!! The Service is SLOW! Waited 30min for a waitress for our drinks.

We went to Durbins on 3-6-24 to celebrate my birthday and it was an experience I will never forget two of us ordered rueben sandwiches and they were totally inedible fatty tough no flavor we couldn't say anything because our server never came around to see how we were doing eventually we walked around and found her and they agreed to remove them from the bill and made us a small pizza that they actually charged us for service was total garbage everyone at the bar was totally overserved and I will never patron this particular Durbins again and also when did the staff start dressing like hooters or Miller ale girls totally not a good fit or look

I have been a customer for 10+ years, i moved 1.9 miles from durbins 4 blocks from Bremen high school, but my zip code is Markham, so they will not deliver…… and they are rude about it, they could at least pull my old profile to see how much I’ve spent under my phone number. I think it’s terrible. I’ll order from barraccos/ rosatis/ nonnas/ beggars and all of the other better places that do not discriminate #racist #discrimination #badcustomerservice

This location is the worst. I asked for buffalo chicken pizza and they give me this it tastes like straight up mayo GROSS. Even when I called to complain the girl on the phone was not helpful. If you want buffalo chicken pizza go to the Burbank location they actually make it with buffalo sauce not mayo. +1 (708) 882-4154

Durbins never fails to disappoint with their bad customer service when ordering and picking up pizza. If they don't mess up the toppings, they don't "get the message" about an order. Today I ordered a pizza through their website and when I arrived to pick up the girl behind the counter tells me she didn't get the order on her phone and asked me to wait an extra 17 minutes for them to make the pizza but here's the great part... she offered me free fries to compensate my time and their mistake. Free fries? WOW! What a deal! Thank you but NO THANK YOU. A discount for your mistake would've been nice!

Update: based on how they treated us on a carry out order yesterday, and the poor food quality, I have to conclude that this place now totally sucks.Pizza is good and yet inconsistent. Make sure when you order to specify exactly how to have it made (crust, how much sauce). Good deals depending on night. Good "outdoor" tent area in back.
