this place looked like it was good, but turned out to be terrible. The cook makes your breakfast like he wants to, not how you specify you want it done. add to the mix a goofy, inattentive waitress, and extra charges for things that used to be complimentary, and you get an all round disappointing dining experience. Then there's the waitress who says the manager said they will take the item you were dissatisfied with off your check,and it ends up still being on there. what a bunch of screwballs. High prices for a screwed up meal, and an inattentive , dopey waitstaff to top it off. I would have been better off taking my money and just throwing it out onto Cicero Avenue.

The food was absolutely awful. The prices were ridiculous for the quality of the food. I will never return. I only visited the restaurant because it was close to where my car was being serviced.

Really don't understand how this place is open I've had problems with steak & egger before so I tried this one throw the whole franchise away I order ribeye egg hash brown pancakes the pancakes taste like nothing but dough I had to spit it out I left the whole plate the server didn't ask me one time what was wrong with the food she was just pissed she didn't get a tip ..you can not be in the business to ask for people money and then treat them anyway

I vomited everything up four hours later. I had country fried steak with sausage gravy and it looked basically the same when it came out as when it went in. I have never had country fried steak done wrong anywhere and it's never made me sick. Also, they scrambled my eggs when I wanted them over easy and they forgot my toast. And my other order had cold mashed potatoes.

Hello, went here this morning for breakfast. The young waitress was touching everything with her bare hands. She would touch the handheld payment device, then put bread in the toaster with her bare hands. Someone tipped her and she didn’t even say thank you. Would never spend my money here again.
Christmas Day Visit Review -Customer service (waited almost an hour for our meal) and having to go to the counter to ask for things. I should not have to constantly do that on my end. They also made me feel like I was an inconvenience by asking for simple things such as a straw. I am very understanding but at the same time the restaurant was not busy whatsoever. -Other families came after us, received their food, and left. Meanwhile, we were still waiting for basic items such as eggs, grits, and a basic omelet. -Just to clarify, I added ketchup on my hash brown but it ended up not being cooked all the way. Items were returned back because it was not appealing and did not taste right. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined on Christmas.
