I got a combo hamburgers , fry and drink AND a get one FREE to go .Food was good.Area where I got my soda was spilled drinks and unkempt. I cleaned it with napkins. Some tables not clean, salt, ketchup packets on table AND not wiped down. 1 Staff member LOUD behind the counter AND give the counter fellow orders to bring in supplies. Must of been an isolated day because usually not like this.

I have to wait for my order 15 minutes for one chicken slider without bacon and after 15 minutes I got my sandwich with bacon and it’s not even busy and I have to wait another 10 minutes to get my order they need to pay more attention for food allergy

If it's been a while since you have had a slider, they are so good.
Giving them 3 stars because last night I went there to pick up my order at 12:35am that I placed online and there were only two workers!!! They were drowning in orders and their screen for orders were broken and they had to keep pressing the button for the screen every 10 seconds to see what they needed to make! They need more than two workers at night and the owner of this white castles needs to fix their broken equipment!! Not fair to the workers what so ever. Every customer seemed to be very understanding.My food was cold by the time I received it, I did see it sitting under the heating area the 18 minutes I waited inside to tell them I had a pick up which was a bummer but there was only 2 workers so I’m not to upset, just wish I got my food while it was still hot.

The place was very under staff for the day and time I was there only 3 people running the hole place I had to tell them hay gentlemen you still have not taken my order they we just focused on the drive thru and I walked in because i figured my order was to big for the drive thru . the coast a cave case 30 white castle 2 sacks of onion rings an 1 sack of fries over 49.00 bucks if I did not promise some one I was getting this I would have left and gone somewhere else

This is the dirtiest location I have ever been to. White castle should be ashamed of this location. It's a disgrace.I got a green moldy fry with my order. See the picture for yourself! DON'T EAT HERE! YOU WILL GET SICK!

I pull up and I place an order for a number 6 It's supposed to come with a fry a drink and it's a chicken ring so they just tell me to pull forward I'm like doesn't it come with a drink she says yes I said so wouldn't it may common sense for you to ask me what drink I want and then it's chicken rings so it comes with chicken rings so shouldn't you ask what sauce I want this place is just ridiculous.. then I get to the pay and they have my order completely wrong like how could you get my order wrong trying to charge me for a slider something with cheese when I said I wanted a number six with a Sprite and barbecue sauce and they didn't even ask me for my drink just tell me to pull forward
