This store goes out of it's way to not honor subway promotions, forcing customers to buy 2 6 inch subs to avoid footlong deals. Also not open on the weekend or past 5pm on a week day so hope you don't want a sandwich at night.

I wouldn't know never got through the front door. This local Milan Illinois Subway has a sign posted on the front door stating they will not accept Subway coupons even though the coupons are mailed locally to residents in the area. I assume their business is so terrific they don't have to comply or they just don't need the local business.

Why can't I just see the damn menu without having to jump through so damn many hoops? I just want to see the damn menu n the prices... I shouldn't have to pick location, pickup/delivery, then make an account, then hand over my first born son, fight in a French war, then disprove e=mc2, just to see the damn prices and menu!

Have to get used to new days that they are open but the service is great. Sandwiches are fresh and made to order.Parking: Plenty of parking spots.easy to get in, easy out.

They no longer sell chicken breast, and they are a popular sandwich shop that closes at 5pm. Don't count on this location for dinner ever... unless u eat before 5. They are always cleaning up at 430 pm so if you walk in then don't be surprised when they act like it's a chore for them to do there job. And they are notorious for making your sandwich going over. Touching cash and register keys, not changing their gloves or washing their hands and then making the next sandwich as well. I've ate here quite a few times, The food is good but the service and the hours I rate them a negative 5. And they do not accept coupons!
