I don't know why we keep trying this place but today we left because we were sat at a low top table literally steps away from the hostess stand, waited for 12 minutes without a server even acknowledging our presence despite walking right past us multiple times. The service here is terrible; we enjoy the food so we have given it multiple chances but this might be about it for us. The waitresses have zero sense of urgency or paying any attention to tables without any drinks or food looking around trying to make eye contact who clearly haven't been waited on yet.

I've eaten here a couple times now and it's never been a bad experience. Sometimes, the service can be slow, thus not having 5 stars. Ive only had the wings here and never have had a bad time. Not exactly the "to die for wings" but they are better than Buffalo Wild Wings, imo. The bartenders have always done well service wise. If the waiters/waitresses checked on tables more often then service would get the extra star.

The curly fries are good. The boneless chicken was okay. Reminded me of Wingstop chicken. The waiter just couldn't stand and listen long enough for our order. He kept moving when we were trying to talk to him. He got a few things incorrect and we just let it slide. However, he needs to slow down and listen to the customers placing the order. Also, while we are of age, he shouldn't just hand over a beer without ID'ing.

Update to my review. After management requested I come back to give them another chance, I did. One minute after walking in, the rude bar tender approach me and told me, leave and never come back because you left a bad review. I said, Your management asked me to give your team another chance and I am here to do that are you not interested in having another chance? She said, No! you need to leave. I tried but clearly this girl feels like she owns the place and does what she wants.BTW the waitress couldn’t even tell us if they had an IPA on tap. We literally pointed to the poster in front of her and said, According to that giant poster that is on five of your walls you have Stone IPA on tap.Don’t waste your time at this place it’s an all around disappointment.Rude bar tender!!! Told us our group of 15 was too loud for a bar and said none of us couldn’t have another beer at 10:30. If you want to enjoy time with friends go somewhere else.It’s sad this place has a nice wait staff. It’s the bar tender women who is rude and unreasonable. She said I don’t care if you contact management my DAD is the owner.

The first time we came we thought we found an amazing new wing spot! We came back and brought our family.First, Service was so slow. I could understand if they were busy, but that was not the case.Our waitress stopped checking on us after food, didn’t grab any dirty dishes, and gave us small little paper plates. We ordered a 24pc wing and they gave us one sauce for 4 people.Our wings were also hardly sauced, lots of the wings had absolutely NO sauce on them.We had to go up to the counter to ask for more sauce because our server was no where to be found.Our waitress still never came to get our empty plates when we were finished.So dissatisfied. Such a bad experience compared to the first time we went.Giving this place one more shot and hopefully it’s as good as the first time.

Consistently gets my order wrong when I carry out. I've been here several times over the last few years and they get my order wrong about 75% of the time. Fries are usually cold and the ranch isn't much thicker than buttermilk. Asked for a refund on my last order because I got the wrong burger. They told me they would refund me tomorrow.Update: the next time I ordered the food was superb. Big juicy wings with plenty of sauce and ranch.

Ordered the Tuesday burger special and 4 wings with sauce on the side. Paid extra for an extra patty on the burger.I got a single burger, and 4 wings with sauce on them. Food was decent but the lack of attention to detail is concerning. Keep your orders simple
