Please do not eat food. It is beyond bad. I am sorry to say that. Greasy chips, greasy wings, extremely greasy artichoke dip. I have never had such bad nachos. They had no taste . ? my stomach hurts!

Me and my husband had a date night and the experience was amazing. The food was delicious. I end up leaving my entree shrimp Alfredo. And actually called and they put it up for me. I went to pick it up the next day which is today. And? The vibes was very welcoming the crab cakes Were amazing.The waitress were really, really sweet.I recommend I give them five starsNot knowing that I was sitting next to the owner today great job A.T

meghan is awesome and so as the food and i love thunderbowl in mokena and I really love the bowling alley and the people there are just so sweet and nice and fun

So I went out and on a double date with lady , my friend and his lady and he had to wait 45 mins for lane which was no problem because we figured we’ll just order drinks and possibly food so that way it’s ready when we receive our lane but sadly when we was at the bar we was told by Paul that we wasn’t able to order any food until we get our lane which was very strange because we was sitting the bar and by time the food came we would’ve had our lane, so we finally able to get our lane then Christina informed us that we Are not able to order anything that’s isn’t fried or pizza due to the time is was, which was very odd to me due to the fact when we tried to order a hour ago we was not allowed to, so I informed the manger Coner and he was able to somewhat accommodate us and make things right, then it took us over 1 hour to receive our food then when we finally got our food we noticed that one of the chicken had serval feathers in it still and we notified a manger and some workers and Christina and a couple workers tried to say that is was a piece of bone and then I proceed to pluck the feathers that was on the chicken and that is when Tony acknowledge that he never seen anything like that in the 20 years he been working there and that he guarantee us a better experience next time we come and I’m looking forward to it

i went on a double date and didn’t enjoy my time and hope next time i go tony can make everything right and i wanna thank coner for acknowledging that paul lied to us about not being to order and made things right, i also wanna explain how christina tried to tell us that 3 big feathers on my chicken was bones which was outrageous because my bf literally plucked the chicken in front of them and tony was able to see that we was right

The alleys are nice, the counter service was good, but the inappropriate music is horrible. I visited on a Thursday afternoon at 4:30, with children in their early teens, and the lyrics of the music being played were totally inappropriate. It's definitely not a family place.

We've attended a family holiday party here for 3 years running. Friendly staff and fun finger foods, nicely decorated.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space in 'our' room for the cousins to run around in little packs!

Thought long & hard on what I would write about my experience tonight (11/18/23 at 7:40pm), and instead of writing something to reflect the mean-spirited, hateful nature of what happened to me, I’ll instead say this….. to the young lady wearing the baseball cap and plaid shirt, who saw me standing alone, waiting at the front desk to pick up an order, the one who came close enough that we could touch each other, grabbed something from under the desk and walked away without even acknowledging me or asking if I needed anything ….even when there was no one else standing there….. I pray you find real happiness. I did go ahead & report what I experienced to Mgr. Allison, who apologized and helped me with what I needed, but I’ll never be back again. It’s a terrible reflection of the business, at the very least.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered food and drinks at the bar and paid. They came back 10 min later saying my food would take longer than the kitchen would be open. So instead of refunding just my food, they voided the transaction and charged me for the drinks I wouldn't have even gotten if I couldn't order food but came out mysteriously before they decided not to make my food. What if I didn't have the money for an additional $20 charge after the $65 I was already charred? This is a terrible way a running a "business", I'll never be back here.
