I am a daily customer in here buying a large Carmel Cappuccino Blast. Today, however was by far the worse one I have ever had. It is so bland, it’s like dirty ice. I taste no ice cream or cappuccino in it. When paying $8.37 for this drink I shouldn’t have to go home and doctor it up in my Ninja. I don’t like going inside to complain unless they put cinnamon in it, cause I’m allergic. My guess is if I order a large Carmel cappuccino blast, and they ask me if I want whipped cream & cinnamon, I should just drive away.

The young lady that helped me was nice and friendly. She greeted my wife and I as we walked in and said goodbye to my wife, myself, and our infant daughter. Great experience and great ice cream!!!!!!!!

I ordered a 1/2 sheet ice cream cake on line for a child's birthday. I assumed that sheet cake sizes were standard. A standard 1/2 sheet cake is 18x13 inches. The cake I received was 8x6 inches. Upon reviewing my receipts and the web site, it appears that Baskin Robbins has it's own definition of cake size, which is half the size of a standard sheet cakes. So be aware, if you think you are ordering a standard half size sheet cake you will receive a standard size quarter sheet. And the quarter size cost around $40, fairly steep for the size received. Read the sizes very carefully on the web site before you order. Other than that the ordering process and order fulfillment was simple and the product was good. I would suggest that Baskin Robbins conforms it's sheet size to the dimensions of standard sheet sizes and does so on the website or only list the actual measurements and not associate them with a sheet size.

Got a cake. You need to let it sit for about 5 hours in order to cut & serve it. 😞

Sucks. They do no know how to make coffee. Nice people but they need training on how not to fill the cup of coffee with way more milk then ever. I didn't ask for it.
This location is my absolute favorite! I have been going here for years and will go out of my way to get coffee here because i know they are fast, accurate, and always friendly!

I like DD and therefore routinely have to look past the fact that many of them are staffed with some of the world's most miserable human beings. This location, however, has two of the nicest DD employees I've encountered. Today (Sunday afternoon), the girl employee was SO nice to both of the children I was with and to me as well. The gentleman working the register was kind as well, even when dealing with a customer in front of me who had a huge attitude for no discernible reason. Definitely favorited this location.

Was having the worst day and the Shift Manger working that night made it so much better! VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE! And the food and drinks were great too. Supper clean, highly recommended!

Noticed it was 3 so I went here to grab an iced coffee. Decided to grab 2 large iced coffees and they don't total your order before you pull up. Get to the window and my drink is 6 dollars because the promo is "with mediums only" I was new to the deal so just wanted some coffee. Later check the deal online and " 'happy hour' every day and offering any size iced coffees, iced teas or lemonade for only 99 cents." Essentially charged 3x the price. Went to the other local store and they honored the large drink without hassle.
