WRONG ORDER ALL THE TIME!!!Was charged for 4 whoppers with cheese and got 4 cold whopppers without cheese.This is what I think is happening.They pre-make their whoppers way before, then no matter what you order, they just give you the regular Whopper or whatever they have left. That way, they don’t have to cook anything to order and who’s gonna come back to complain? Right?A horrible way to do business, and I’ll be glad when this place goes out of business. It’ll be well earned.

I can't leave a half star & I'm not trying to be petty but I really don't think this burger king deserves a full star. Needs more employees. Gave it awhile to get their stuff together but it's just gotten worse over time, sadly it was never good to begin with. Don't even know why it opened, seems like its hemorrhaging more money than making!

I have been to this BK five times, all five times, there have been major issues. Closing early randomly, messed up orders, and ABYSMAL/argumentative customer service.I stopped going to any BK at least 15 years ago from consistently poor experiences. After they revamped everything to float the business (since they weren't really competing with other FF burger joints anymore), I said I'd give it a try again... Sure enough, every visit to this location was terrible.I'm actually going to waste a few minutes of my life calling corporate and filing a complaint, partially out of principle, partially because I'm PO'ed about what I've gotten for the money.Do NOT go here.

I can't stand Burger Kings slow service. I go out of my way to go to this Burger King. They always get my order right. The service is always good. you don't have to sit there 10 minutes in the drive thru to get your order. I noticed when the women are working there the service is the best.

after the Xmas parade this location saved us!! great bathrooms and great food and a quiet place to unwind before heading home! We highly recommend this as a stop for any family enjoying the local holiday traditions from afar!!
They are too slow ? take 15 minutes too give me the number too ...come on we have to be on time at work ? we can't wait for ever ....this is my 3rd time here and they allways do the

Says close at 12am came to drive through at 10:30pm and was said they’re closed and google not correct about the 12am and that they close at 11pm

Usually this is my go to spot. Always had great customer service etc.These last couple times the wait times were super long. Also, there was a worker who was outside washing his car and then came in and hopped straight on the line. Unsanitary. As well as another employee literally coughed into his gloves and rubbed them together….and only changed them because I said something. I got a refund for the order.All in all this Bk has fallen off
