Not great. I had an argument with the bartender about whether or not beer was supposed to be hot. I informed her my beer was hot. I was told beer came out room temp and glasses were hot because they were washed. I was charged for a glass of hot beer.We were there a little after 5. Not many people were present.My previous experiences have been fantastic. I'm a big fan. This incident was isolated. No need for refund. Just FYI

I started this review ages ago and just noticed-having visited more than 5 years ago, my big takeaway from visiting was the passion and dedication of the two owners getting this unique bottle shop to open and thrive! They have a unique variety of handcrafted beers to satisfy any beer drinkers' taste preferences & I loved checking out how everything was thoughtfully displayed. I also loved their commitment to creating events for their community related to beer and otherwise. While I no longer live in the Chicago area, I remember wishing there was a place like Crafted closer to the apartment I lived in in Ukrainian Village. Owner Dan and his wife Kelli are the sweetest and provide great customer service and conversation!

Great place, great people, great bartenders. They always have a great rotating tap selection and tons of selections to choose from to bring home including beer, bourbons, and many more. Always meet great people there and have some great conversations. Stop in if you never have! It’s a small hidden gem.
