As a business owner myself in Frankfort, it blows my mind how this place has changed. We go out a bit later 9:00 pm tonight. And for some reason over the last year the staff is absolutely rude and it more of a hang out for staffs friends on a Saturday night. Here's an example, we came to order 4 shakes we ordered one and the employee was a snot talking over us and acting like are u done ordering yet... then we asked for a black Cherry and she shot back "we're all out" my wife and I looked at each other like here we go again. Then we asked for blueberry "we don't have that" I mean like a snot. Like we should be thanking them for the 8 dollar shake. Then we asked what do you have.... Crickets. Look I'm not one to leave a bad review only when I feel absolutely treated like crap. And This isn't the first time. I get it maybe it's hard to find good help... but maybe just maybe find someone who can be a little nicer to Your customers. Or how about polite just a little bit more polite. I came back tonight hoping things would be better. But quite frankly your customer service is god awful. Absolutely awful. I'm just wondering if you respond to this... do You have any idea? How rude your staff is !! At least the ones at the drive up window. Sad very sad ....... I wrote this review then went and looked at the other reviews and Jennifer it seems you have an ongoing issue with poor customer service and you always respond with a thank you and a we appreciate your feed back...condescending ?? Because nothing gets done it's the same nasty staff so I came back to edit this first part back in and tell you that your store needs help!! It needs a lot of help !!

I met this wonderful associate named clamantha and she helped sort everything out for us. She was very helpful and recommended the best flavors. The decorations are very appropriate for the season and this is the best place that I love to come to with friends.

I'm usually blown away by my trips to oberweis, and look forward to stopping in if I'm near one, but was disappointed this trip. Complications with the ordering of a "customized" banana royale, which I've been ordering for over 20 years... the new system wanted to charge me for substituting ice creams and toppings, but the manager stepped in when I questioned. While the right flavors made it into my dish, the whipped cream was flat, and peanuts were incorrectly substituted for pecans...both undesirable. The ice cream was also very soft, and you can see from the picture was a mess that never should have made it to my table. Once I got into it I discovered the banana was severely over ripe and mushy. Hopefully this is a one off issue with staff needing training, but concerning as I've been so impressed previously with any location.

Offerings are always high quality. One of perks when spending $8.00 on a milkshake, while dining in, is that they’re supposed to be served in a frozen schooner glass. Recently my son and I were served our shakes in glasses pulled directly out of dishwasher, I’m glad they were clean but the hot glasses melted the shakes in minutes. I even asked the staff if they had any cold glasses, they said no and couldn’t seem to care less. Bummed.
