Hello everyone. Here is a no nonsense assessment of Pop's. Great food at a decent price. I have had a few items from the menu and so far they are delicious. I will definitely come back amd try something else from the menu.

Ick. Expensive and not worth it in the land of excellent beef sandwiches! Pop's needs to step up their beef game, especially now that The Bear is so popular. The giardinera tastes like vegetable oil and nothing else.
Went to get a gyro, lady in front of me orders one, I try to order one and the dude at the counter tells me there's no gyro left. As I stare at the gyro cone behind the counter with plenty of meat left. Don't like being lied to; they're not getting my business anymore.

hands down the worst pops beef we've ever had. it's been about 4 years since we had beef from this location. for family parties, we drive out of our way to the palos heights or orland location on wolf. my wife made the mistake, out of convenience since we live near this one, to pick up some beef from this awful location. bread was harder than a rock stale and beef tasted awful. called back to inquire on what could be done and was more less told to pound sand. what an awful pops location. to the owners of the franchise, close.this.location.down. if i could give it zero stars, I would. or better yet, sell it to one of the hardworking Latinos that work at this location. they are the only ones that seem to take pride in this location. not the rest working there.

Went today for lunch. There was an elderly woman with a walker. The guy behind the counter went above and beyond to bring out her food, get her a refill and help her get to her car. Nice job!!!

There's no reason people should be giving Pops on route 30 low reviews. Great food, large servings, nice service, clean restaurant, and quick to get orders out. I have came here for over 5 years and it is as consistent as any other restaurant you've been to. Prices are warranted given the quality and size of serving. Y'all giving 1 and 2 stars need to reevaluate yourselves and gain some empathy. Because this is truly just a good place to eat with nice hardworking people running it.
