I ordered the No. 1 Deluxe Chicken meal. This location maintains the high standards set by Chick Fil-A. You can eat a delicious meal and not have to worry about a bad person preparing it. After eating at a nearby table and watching foot traffic, I'm convinced this tiny restaurant is the anchor store in a Covid-blighted mall.

I come here frequently,The attention is good and the boys are friendly, but today I saw that the person who prepares the sandwiches, already with gloves on, gets down and lifts the mask from the center to talk to a colleague and then touches the food with the same gloves ... I hope they can solve that ..It's not good.

Just wanted one of their new brownies advertised and even though they had only been open 15 minutes they were out? Disappointed.

They were very busy in drive-thru but they have a system so that the drive-thru flows smoothly and gets you through relatively quickly still and their food is so delicious. It is slightly more costly than other fast food places but so worth it.
One of the worst hospitality experience i've encountered! 5 stars for rudness to the staff at the South Park Mall Chickfila in Moline.

Chicken served hot and fresh, ten minutes after you should have had it. As a side order I had judgmental looks and side eye.Not sure what I expected from the chicken and god store... I guess even the employees have to be uptight.

I wish I didn't even have to give the 1 star. I will never eat at any Chick-fil-A. Especially this one. All they were doing is yelling in the back and not paying attention to any customers.
