“WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD.Amazing as always. The manager her once again went above and beyond to make up for the west Kimberly stores ignorant slacking lazy slob staff. The moline manager personally made my chicken sandwiches did extra pickles like I asked used actual breast and not flimsy little chicken strips like west Kimberly tried to do. The moline manager is always amazing and always has a smile. I usually drive through with my dog in my truck and they love him and are always really kind. This is how people should be treated. West Kimberly treats you like your a burden and it’s shows how lazy they are and how they don’t like working at west Kimberly. I scared of how they keep up with their personal property because the west Kimberly store is smelly and disgusting. I have a deep fryer at home and the oil starts to stink after just a day or two. And the pungent odor at west Kimberly smells 100 times worse. Which means if you buy from there you are using oil that is probably weeks if not months old. Moline on the other hand has that mama touch kinda clean in it. Always clean always smells like FRESH fried chicken and not old smelly chicken like west Kimberly.“
“The fried okra was to die for and definitely get more than what you pay for. The good her gas always been great. I gave a 3 on service because they forgot my peach cobbler. I tried calling for two days and could never get in touch with anyone, other than that service is great.Esthetically the place doesn’t look like much, but the food makes up for it!!“
“I have lived in Rock Island for 3 years,And I've always known of this place,but I've never tried it.Man, do I regret not visiting sooner!I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and fries box.The chicken is juicy and full of flavor,And the fries are perfect!Best fried chicken I've had in a very long time! “Here's a review for you. The cashier tells my mom her amount for her food. My mom very nicely asks I thought it was more than that. The cashier asked what she had. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE SHE INTERRUPTS HER BY CLOSING THE WINDOW. TWICE!!!! And then proceeds to tell her the amount takes her debit card and closes the window a THIRD time. Also turned to coworker and asks why is this amount on the f*cking screen. She then gives my mom her food and says have a good night yea screw off lady. Done buying from there. I used to prefer that store but not anymore DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!“
