First off I found a black beetle bug in my bowl tonight ? most of the employees are nice but there’s this one girl with long brown hair and she is very disrespectful got mad because I asked for extra mild and sour cream put the lid on my bowl and literally threw it on the counter ? they NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER have vinaigrette and will refuse to make any LOL oh by the way there’s already a picture of the girl I’m talking about someone else posted about a bad experience with her smh! And if I find out how I will post a picture of the bug they served me ?

I’ve been going to this Chipotle for about a decade. It used to be my favorite place to eat. However, it’s become a regular thing that they are out of certain options. No biggie since there are supply chain issues still, I assume. So tonight at 620 PM, before driving all the way there and having to leave to find something else yet again, I tried to call. It took like two tries to even get someone on the phone. A man answered and said “Moline Chipotle. How can I help you?”. I said “Hi! What are you out of tonight?”. Before I could even get another word in, this man hangs up on me and no answer when I called back, so it was not an accident. Super upsetting to be trying to go to your fave restaurant and they just hang up in you for asking a question. Really sad about it tbh.

This place is, unfortunately, going down hill. Staff isn't always the friendliest and the place has been filthy the last couple times we went. Seems every time we go they never have veggies as well as other ingredients. Went today at noon and they told us they were out of...get your pen and paper ready....chicken, steak, sauce and CHEESE!!!! Trying Pancheros. Heard it's wonderful!

ive ate at chipotle probably 50 times, today i placed an order for 2 chicken bowls, same thing i always get. 2/21/23 ordered at 6:25 for pick up at 6:40, grabbed my food and when i got home about a 5 min drive and opened the bowls, there literally half full, ice cold, and rice was crunchy with literally no ingredients. when you have a craving and its not full filled, your still hungry, and i tipped a few dollars, im about to put chipotle in the mcdonalds category fr

Been here 3 times over the past month. Twice they have been out of half their proteins and half their toppings like sour cream, shredded cheese, guacamole, and salsas. Ridiculous for the prices they charge. Also the management was terrible. Not sure if that's due to corporate policies or just the individual. But it looks like I may have to take my business across the street to pancheros.

I am writing to you regarding a recent experience I had at the Chipotle location in Moline, IL on the evening of January 24, 2023, between 6:15 pm and 6:45 pm.I want to start by saying that I have been a regular customer at Chipotle and have always appreciated the healthy options your establishment provides. However, my recent visit was quite unpleasant, and I feel it is important to bring it to your attention.Upon arriving at the counter, I explained to the staff that I have celiac disease, a medical condition that requires certain accommodations to avoid cross-contamination. I requested fresh ingredients, new spoons, and a change of gloves, similar to the precautions taken for a gluten allergy. Initially, the staff was accommodating and began fulfilling my request.Unfortunately, the situation took a turn when one staff member, whom I have attached a photo of for reference, engaged in an argument with me down the line. She insisted that they were not required to switch spoons or provide fresh ingredients for a "gluten allergy." Despite my attempts to explain my medical condition and the importance of these accommodations, she argued otherwise and eventually agreed to do it as a one-time exception. She also refused to provide her name, stating that she was not legally obligated to do so.I want to highlight that the gentleman working the register intervened and assured me that he would take care of my order for the remainder of my visit. He suggested calling ahead in the future for such requests, but I expressed my willingness to wait and observe the process. I understand the challenges associated with handling allergens in a fast-food environment but believe that education and understanding can go a long way in ensuring a positive experience for customers with specific dietary needs.The incident left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the lack of courtesy demonstrated by this particular staff member. I hope that she was just having a bad night, but her actions were distressing, and I felt compelled to bring it to your attention. As someone with limited dining options due to my condition, I choose Chipotle because it has been a reliable and safe choice for me.I want to acknowledge the rest of the crew who went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Despite this isolated incident, I appreciate the efforts of your team to provide excellent service.I understand that there may be a brief training video on gluten precautions, but I wanted to emphasize that certain aspects, such as cross-contamination of spoons touching tortillas and then being placed back in the same food bins, may not be adequately addressed. I believe that fostering a culture of understanding and empathy among your staff can greatly enhance the overall customer experience.Understanding of my rankings:Food - GoodService - The one individual circled in the photo was rude, snide, and unprofessional. Would have received 0 stars if it weren't for her co-workers who stepped in and assisted me.Atmosphere - Would have been 4 stars but I could hear her talking to her co-workers in the back, etc. while I sat and ate.

12/16/23: Moline, Illinois Chipotle Three employees running the front line removed the cheese, sour cream and guacamole from the line because customers weren't leaving them tips. Customers had to order their food to pick up and leave a tip if they wanted those items. Also, brown rice was hard and undercooked and chicken was burned. Terrible customer service and even making complaints didn't get anywhere. Won't be visiting this Chipotle ever again.

I love Chipotle, however I'm not a fan of this one and certainly not a fan of Customer Service here, NOR by calling Chipotle Customer service to report the following:Last week I went in to buy a Barbacoa burrito and a Large guac and chips. I got the burrito,but they were out of the following items, so my burrito sucked. Out of Cheese, Both types of salsas (only had Pico), guacamole! Cashier made a lame excuse about being too short staffed, but there were 2 people working front line and 3 others walking around in back. I was 1 of 3 people in the place, so they were not busy.I asked for a discount due to half the items I wanted being unavailable, cashier told me no, they don't do that. I asked for business card for manager and she pointed to stack of them, so I took one and left.Got home, called the # on card and it goes to automated corporate customer service. In short, after 35 mins on phone with 'Summer', she apologized, told me I'd get an email within minutes and to reply to it with receipt #, etcThat was now 4 days ago and still NO EMAIL.I Love Chipotle but this one sucks and so did the 2 gals on front line. DON'T waste your time and money here.Parking: Strip mall type building with VERY limited parking!

Never going there again. The service has always sucked, but never this bad. Told them I’m ordering three to go orders. They let me place my first order of tacos and a bowl, but when I went to order a second order of tacos, I was told by the manager that they only have 9 shells left and need to save them for online customers who may order tacos. The manager then continued to argue with me about how it’s not stupid that I would need to place an online order for the second order of tacos while I’m already in the building, placing my order, and watching the rest of my food getting cold. No wonder the service always sucks when you have a manager, holding a chip on her shoulder and having a pissy attitude the moment I walked in the door, setting that kind of example for the new employee shadowing her for training…
