Cashier looked like she wanted to quit. Poor personal presentation with the eye rolling. I’m sure they are just as busy everyday at the same time as they are located in a busy commercial area. Whoever the owner is needs to get a grasp on their business. If you consider 15 minutes freaky fast, we’ll then consider me lightning.

the staff is awesome but the area manager is extremely rude and shows a continuous pattern of disrespect to his employees. He will take catering delivery orders instead of the drivers and pockets the tip. He takes raises away when the base pay gets raised and then tries to make the employee feel like it’s their fault for being upset about it. spend your money elsewhere.

I love the fact Jimmy John's delivers themselves. I hate paying 3rd parties to deliver (GrubHub, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Good2GoQC, etc.) because they tend to jack the price of the food on the menu up, enforce a mandatory delivery tip (any additional may not make it to the employee), the order is more likely to be incorrect in some capacity and it's much slower.
