Painfully subpar food. We had a group of 12 and the the server was fantastic. She was attentive and offered to take several items off the bill when we voiced our disappointment in the quality of the cooking.

Garlic potatoes were a bit too garlic(y) and wet.The 10 oz steak was cooked the way it was ordered but rather tasteless.The Cedar Plank Salmon was supposed to have an apricot glaze which could not be seen or tasted. The salmon was cooked right but without the lemon juice and salt and pepper it would have been tasteless.My Veggies were over cooked.Atmosphere is very nice and service was good. I would say the food was good but nothing that makes me feel like a 10 oz Steak should cost $48 and $27 for the Salmon!

Welcomed the minute we walked in! Relaxed ambience with class & style. Service was super attentive & it may have been the best focaccia bread I've ever tasted! We ordered the sampler appetizer - the sausage bread & bruschetta were my faves! The steak was tender & tasty, the shrimp were huge, & the pasta was perfectly prepared! Top notch!
Had nice dinner. Food was excellent.Dietary restrictions: We're very accommodating of need for a member of our party to be gluten free.

honestly pretty disappointed for a restaurant that’s supposed to be so nice. have been here twice in the last month, and my first visit the host was nice but waitress definitely was not. she wasn’t mean just very obviously does not like her job or serving. no smiles or friendliness. i shook it off as maybe she was just having a bad day. well today i returned for my birthday for lunch. different waitress, same deal. hosts are very nice, but the waitress was not attentive at all, didn’t seem to like being there, and left us waiting for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, forgetting straws, refills, boxes, and even the checks. we were nearly late back to work, and had to go to the front of the restaurant to receive our checks because the waitress just never came back. the waitress was apologetic but the service just wasn’t great. not to mention, the place was dead. when we left we were the only people there. food is good, but my mashed potatoes were cold both visits. won’t be returning unfortunately.
The host/hostesses are always very friendly but it takes extremely long for the wait staff to take orders/bring refills/bring boxes/checks etc. Even when there’s no one else in the restaurant. That said the food is pretty good, overpriced in my opinion. Especially because the mashed potatoes are always cold.

I went a few weeks ago for an anniversary dinner. The waiter was nice, the martini was delicious, but the food was lackluster. I ended up getting a Cesar Salad, Beef Wellington, and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. While the salad and wellington were just alright, the garlic mashed potatoes felt dried out like they had been sitting out for a while. For upscale dinning I was expecting more.Parking: There's not much parking and it was also on a hockey game night. I'm glad we got there early to grab a parking spot in a nearby ramp. When we were done there weren't very many options to park due to the event going on.

I always choose Johnny's for my special occasions, family birthdays, etc. I know that I will get delicious food, great service, and as always, a wonderful atmosphere. I wanted to give a special shout out to my server this past weekend, Shelley. We were there for my birthday and she made it extra special by going above and beyond to give us a great experience.
