I've worked here off and on and the staff is family oriented great to work with unfortunately I have encountered rude, racist , inhumane customers I can bare but the horrific encounters for lack of workers is very unfortunate to those who actually get up an go to work in today's society we're many choose not to there's no appreciation for the common worker but my apologies for Johnathan k who decided to assume and lie I hope your next visit is greater then the last

Did an online order for inside. Saw an employee stand about 5-10 feet away from my bag of food and throw sauce packets (honey mustard) in my bag like a basketball and laugh while he did it and what a shock some of the sandwiches had dents in them.

just went through the drive through had to attempt to ask for my receipt 4 times because lady was too busy watching videos on her phone ended up taking a picture just to show how unaware she is of amything gping on. she just handed card back didn't even look at me the went right back to her phone as I was trying to ask her for receipt. pulled up to next window guy at front was able to get it for me. I guess youtube is more important than doing her job

Let’s just say that often the service is lacking and not always friendly. This morning I placed an order on my way to work on the app… while placing order it switched my location as I was driving on the interstate. I got to the window and Vanessa told me the order went to another store. She quickly said she can re-ring. Props to an employee that identified and offered a solution quickly, with a smile. It is obvious she cares about customer service. You always make my morning a little brighter with your smile…… Thank You, Vanessa!!
