On the app sauce is free, go in person sauce is free but they add the 25 cent “extra sauce packet” add on to your ticket. Ordered off the app tonight and ordered extra sauce, they didn’t give the extra sauce. Had to ask for extra that was already supposed to be in the bag and still didn’t have the sauce we asked for. 4 cups of sauce for over 20 nuggets. Fries were cold and had 2 grains of salt on them. The burger was SOAKED in grease. They charge an arm and a leg for meals now but they don’t even make them edible at this point. Then most the employees have worlds worst attitudes. Nobody forced these people to work at McDonald’s. They chose to so why we have to deal with their unhappy and poor life choices idk. 10/10 don’t recommend

They keep listing drive thru being 24 hours, but it’s not. Even the hours on the door say it closes at 11pm. Drive by occasionally late at night and it’s a dark building.Hopefully I’ve saved some people time and gas. Seems odd that they won’t list their actual hours…

If I could give it lower I would. Mcdonalds is seriously the worst food. Not one mcdonalds do you enjoy the food for how expensive it is. Terrible all around it’s embarrassing as a citizen to know that I have a fast food establishment this bad in the country I call home too. They really need to get it together bc it’s bad. Nothing is ever done right or with any decency. You’re better off getting your food for half the price and going to taco bell. At least it’s not $12 per meal for food that makes you sick. At least you’re getting sick for only $6 dollars. Absolutely pathetic it’s shameful and it’s a waste of time.

It’s 10pm and the restaurant is empty, we go to order extra sauces for our nuggets off the kiosk and fries and it shows the prices and the OPTION to order more, we get our order and wondered where our other sauces were, we got told by the manager that we exceeded the amount of sauces we could get because your limited to the order amount that is shown. So when we got our receipt, it showed the extra sauces as 0.00 but we were willing to pay extra for the sauces butthe manager told us to “go back to Iowa” then proceeds to say out-loud that the floor would close up in 20 minutes, as she’s walking around slamming things. She was very rude.After the fact as we were leaving, she kept talking about it out-loud knowing we can hear her.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. For the slogan of “I’m lovin’ it” the franchise so boldly advertises, it is obvious that no one at this location loves it, let alone likes it! Management of this is terrible! The employees have no manners. I said thank you, and got nothing back. The employees seem to be incompetent and lack social skills. This establishment needs to find some decent training on customer service!

I usually don't eat at McDonald's, but the McRib is back. It was very good and fresh. The customer service was very nice and the order was correct.Parking: There was a lot of parking available.
