The food is amazing, however, the older African American lady was not very pleasant. Normally the service is great as well as the food, however today that was not the case I felt like I was bothering her by coming in

Lady at the window was super! We we Newbies with a lot of questions and the food was great to boot!

Burrito was only ok. It was oddly cold, the salsa bar was dirty and not much salsa available. Chips were stale. Drink prices were really high.

They're lucky to get that one star. Absolute garbage. everything looked and tasted cheap. I could tell it was all bagged cheap ingredients. Nothing was handmade. Can't tell me different. Very disappointed and pissed I spend $12 on this crap. They give you huge amounts of rice and one small a** scoop of the other ingredients. I got one bite with each Ingredient and the rest rice but I didn't even like the one bite it got. not to be dramatic but I feel like crying it was so bad. I'm broke and now I'm more broke and still hungry. chipotle here I come baby!!!!

If you have a serious food allergy where cross-contamination is an issue, find somewhere else. I don't believe Moe's makes any claims to provide Celiac-friendly or gluten free options, so I'm not faulting them on that regard. However, they provide a clear allergen guide with wheat/gluten included.Often in restaurants with this sort of information, a clearly communicated need regarding a Celiac gluten sensitivity will result in either being told that they can't accommodate your request with certainty, or they immediately follow their training and procedures to do their best job of limiting the possibility of an exposure. When requested, the first employee did a great job of quickly changing gloves. The gluten sensitivity was communicated to the second employee and they were told by the first employee to put the order on a tray without chips. It seems there was a breakdown of training here, as the second employee didn't change gloves and actually did place the order on a tray with chips.I don't believe this is actually where I got sick. The main issue is that there is a common set of ingredients and utensils. If a utensil comes into contact with a wheat shell and is returned to the ingredients, both the utensil and ingredients are contaminated. Most restaurants with a similar setup have a separate, dedicated line beneath or behind for food allergies. This would be my suggestion to Moe's.It seems the training simply hasn't been developed or implemented. Again, I don't blame Moe's for something they don't claim to do. However, I do hope they can develop a system for handling food allergies. Changing gloves and using a separate set of ingredients and utensils would be a great start.Perhaps Moe's doesn't have any desire to attempt accommodating this sort of request (and I couldn't blame them). If that's the case, train your employees so they know they're not capable of doing this and communicating that very clearly to the guests. If Moe's does desire to improve their allergen friendliness, they need to develop a strong training program surrounding food allergies and cross-contamination.If you don't have a serious food allergy, this seems like a nice place to eat overall. "It's okay" sums up my overall impression. If you remove my personal situation, there was nothing particularly good or particularly bad about the experience otherwise. Ignoring my better judgement here has probably landed me with a few months of pain and recovery. If you have a similar food allergy, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Definitely will never order from here again. My bags were ripped up and spilt everywhere in the bag that I got and they didn’t not give me half the stuff from my order. Not good food nor a good company

Drive thru by app. This is new. Employees look demoralized. Appear to be short staffed when I visited. Not a typical experience for me with Moe's. And that is not a good thing. Also did not get what I ordered on the app at the window. For the corporate types reading; not in Moe's packaging, food containers provided not food safe compliant, standard Moe's packaging is.I have tried this place twice now once when first open and now. No improvement. Not likely to come again. Cross contamination is a serious concern and seems the staff may not be qualified.Edit: should have thrown it out. Made me not well. Straight to the toilet and 12 flushes after...much better.

I love the rebrand. Everything seems way more up to day with the same great food. The bowls are huge plus free chips and salsa with your meal - you definitely get more for you money here compared to Chipotle, not to mention you have more options. Also, they must have made changes to their chicken with the rebranding, it is way better now! The staff here was also v friendly!

It is a bit pricey, but the food is far better than the Qdoba & Chipotle nearby. I'm hooked on the queso blanco dip.
