This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pancheros. There was no sense of urgency and everyone did not seem happy to be there. The girl who made my burrito was the worst of them all. She was slow and sloppy. I told her about my dairy allergy and she did not care. The counter was a mess, a piece of cheese went into my burrito from the hot salsa and the spoon she mixed it with had sour cream on it. I asked “there’s no dairy in there right?” Knowing there was but trying to be polite. She said no so I told her that I saw some go in there and she said no and continued to make it. I’m not confrontational so I took it and just gave it to my husband. She filled up our salsa half way and the cashier had to tell her to fill it up all the way because we were paying for it. She was talking about when she was going to take her break and chit chatting with her mom while my husband and I were waiting. I know there is risk with having a food allergy but I have never been treated like that. I’m pretty sure that’s a health department violation.Dietary restrictions: Stand up for your allergies, the employees don’t seem to care.

Had a terrible experience with service here. Came in Sunday morning 03/10 and the girl was incredibly rude and gave us terrible food proportions. Two scoops of rice, hardly any beans, and one scoop of meat?? Not what I asked for. Also she only asked questions like “what do you want on this”, no eye contact, and never smiled. Clearly in a bad mood. Just all around bad customer service. It was embarrassing.

For my first time going there, the setup looked like a subway but for burritos. And that burrito was so good. The servers were very nice and speedy too. Will be going again.

On 12/08/23 my family of 4 arrived at pancheros in moline around 630. While friendly, the staff was talking about using the bathroom, talking about mobile orders and discussing the computer issues while "making" our burritos. We spent 20 mins in line while our burritos sat open for 10 mins waiting to be rolled. At a total of 56.00 our burritos were cold and falling apart. The food is not worth the price anymore. As a long time pancheros fan, this will be the last time i spend a dime at pancheros in Moline.

The pico that was put on my burrito was so spicy it was inedible. Even made my boyfriend’s eyes water. I went up and and told the worker who made it, but he didn’t care. So I threw it away and left. We definitely will not be back to any Pancheros.

2nd Visit portions are 60% of what Chipotle gives you. I felt like the server was rationing food in a POW camp. $15 for a bowl, hardly any meat and vegetables, asked for a little extra meat and $1.84 for a heaping tablespoon of carnitas. Even my daughter thought the rations were ridiculous.

We always get burritos and are never disappointed about their size, they are big. We eat half and save half for another meal. There queso is wonderful and I especially love how they mix everything up before the roll it up. Only issue I have is they offer free chips and cheese for filling out their survey. The reward comes in the form of an email and they can never figure out how to let me use it. It's always a hassle.
