I love Panera, but this location to little difficult to get in and out. Wish they had a drive-thru.

I don't recommend spending your money on overpriced food. I didn't even get a full piece of bacon on my bacon egg and cheese sandwich.

Staff seemed friendly but the quality of the food was terrible.Ordered a chipotle chicken breakfast sandwich1. They forgot the chicken… there’s like 4 ingredients, how do you forget the main protein.. this was my first sign2. The egg was halfway off the sandwich when it was given back to me3. The avocado wasn’t sliced. It was literally just a half of an avocado thrown lazily on the sandwich with the egg4. No flavor at all, the main flavor came from the cheese, chicken was mushy and flavorless, for a chipotle sandwich there was 0 chipotle flavor.if you have the time please go to the Panera in Davenport, they’re a standard training store and are worth the visit over this establishment.

I would say in the past I would have given them a 5. But, their food is just average now. High priced and doesn't match what you pay for it. The service used to be excellent. Now it's just average.

My food was horrible ! Ordered the Baja chicken warm bowl. No taste whatsoever, none. Horrible. Dry chicken. Dry dehydrated rice and again no flavor at all. Just awful. I are the meat abcs a few bites of the river, beans and corn. Tried to add chipotle sauce from home but even that didn’t help. I DO NOT recommend this dish. Waste of money. Possibly the worst meal I’ve ever had. And to to it off, Panera BREAD was out of BREAD so instead of a baguette as a side I got chips. Never again will I order anything but a bagel or pastry from there.

My job caters from Panera a lot and they are always so friendly and helpful. Josh in particular is a standout employee. Thank you for always taking care of us!

After being away from the USA 6 yrs in Austria, it seemed like everything was noticeably different. I almost had to re-experience everything I thought I knew again for the first time. I used to visit Panera in North Carolina once in a while.

Swift Service & Quality at Panera BreadDuring a recent visit to Panera Bread with a friend, I was pressed for time but decided to give the Inside Togo option a chance. The crowd ahead made me skeptical about making it home on time for work, but the efficient remote order station process surprised me.Our order was placed with ease, and we settled into a booth that felt comfortably familiar. Expecting a wait, I was pleasantly surprised when our names appeared on the board promptly. The service was impressively swift—before we could dive into a deep conversation, our order was ready. The food quality was satisfying, and the cleanliness of the interior didn't go unnoticed. I left Panera Bread well-fed, with time to spare, which was all I could have hoped for before my work shift.

My family hasn’t been to Panera in years so we went tonight. We used to love and frequent it so we thought we knew what to expect. It was our first time ordering on the kids menu, and it showed a deli Turkey sandwich as an option. When it came time to order we were told that they didn’t have a turkey sandwich on the kids menu but had a ham sandwich. They offered to give a half Turkey sandwich from the regular menu instead . Ok….then why have it on the menu?? So we were given the half Turkey sandwich which was covered in onions and spicy mustard, for my 4 year old. The portions were small and the restaurant was freezing. They obviously didn’t want people spending too much time there dining in. I repeatedly said thank you at the register and again when I grabbed my food and didn’t receive any acknowledgment from either places. Just avoided eye contact. It was an unwelcoming visit all around.
