Absolutely best Papa John's experience I've ever had! Snagged a last minute order during Super Bowl Sunday chaos and their team was pumping pizzas out so fast and in such a friendly manner. When I got there to pick it up, I was warmly greeted by a manager and there was a whole crew working really hard. Appreciate their willingness to work such a busy shift! Thanks for leaving a great impact on my day!

The night manger on 1/9/24 was rude as hell, food was wrong and the manager couldn’t simply remake it for what I ordered. Then he made snarky remarks to his workers will never reorder here again how rude!?

Received this burnt pizza. Called to see about a replacement and the manager seemed frustrated and upset about having to deal with it. Said he would send a replacement but that they are busy so it'll have to be later. Kinda hungry now though ..Edit: replacement pizza arrived, the correct size and cooked perfectly. Updated from 1 star to 4.

The employees are out front smoking cigarettes and loitering. When I said it's bad for business they yelled and cursed at me . If I didn't keep walking I feel I would have been assaulted. Do better Moline. This is the Moline store on 19th Ave.
The food is good and the workers are always nice when I go in. They are always smiling and making sure I know what is going on with my order.

Pepperoni and Hair pizza???? Surprised to find several hairs in my pizza like it's almost intentional. Called the store and of course I'm the one getting attitude about being a dissatisfied customer. Denied any refund so definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND. One thing to mess up by being unsanitary, but it's another to have trash customer service, especially the manager or operator named Betty.

Hate to say it, not posting here for your pizza, but for your DRIVERS. They blocked my driveway, they had so much room to just go in reverse and go into the parking lot. I had to pull back INTO TRAFFIC because they would not let me into my own lot.
