We ordered pizza and wings at the city of the avenue. I go in and they tell me they do not have my order. They send me clear to the other store. I go in and no order. My order was at the other place. I ask them to make me new stuff for 50 dollars. The wings were cold! They gave me the old wings and tried to play it off. The manager is the person who had me leave. I am a very disappointed customer who in the past have ordered there several times.

Such weird service. Pizza was good, delivery was good. But, they literally outsourced their phone lines so when you call in to do a phone order someone in a call center picks up the phone and starts going over their script with their promotions. It felt very robotic and when he asked for my address he had to ask me a million questions about it because he's not familiar with the area because he's international. Something about the whole experience didn't sit right with me because I know the executives of papa johns really outsourced their phones to put more money in their pockets.

While traveling cross country we ordered via Doordash to a hotel and called the restaurant to ask for paper plates. Usually it’s hard to get someone to answer the phone at 9:30 pm on a Tuesday….. but not only did Ian answer he was courteous, friendly, and went out of his way to make our order special. He put “a care package together” for us of everything we needed AND the food was PHENOMENAL- we highly recommend this location and the pepperoni and sausage 6 cheese thin crust…. If Ian answers the phone it’s even better!!!

I felt they were very annoyed, very poor attitude with a walk in customer. Thoroughly irritated. Very unhelpful, Never will I ever.If the pizza was good I'd at least rate you a 1…but you deserve lower

They were EXTREMELY quick and also friendly late after 10 pm which is not to be taken for granted. Great work

Tried to pay with a $100 bill and they said they would not take it because I did not spend enough my bill was over $40 I had to go 3 blocks to break the hundred cause that's all I had.

Had an interview I showed up general manager didn't. This person had all day to notify me of not being to show. But I sat at the store for 10-15 minute. Then the general manager notified an employee to tell me they weren't going to be able to attend.
