Ordered a pizza 8/13 a few hours before a scheduled pickup time at 7pm. It was a half-specialty, half-pepperoni pizza. First pizza we got was all pepperoni. 2nd pizza was half-specialty (correct) and half....jalapeño? The employee insisted it was correct despite both of us having the order ticket. Employee shuts the drive-thru window in my face while we're talking.3rd pizza was correct. While I looked it over, the employee once again shut the window in my face while I was talking to him. No apologies were given and nothing was offered to make it right (except for keeping the wrong pizza with the jalapeños).22 minutes, 2 wrong pizzas, and zero apologies later, we're finally headed home.What happened, Papa Murphy's? You used to be better than this. Seems like you're having staffing issues and nobody seems to know what they're doing.

Did an online order on 7/8/23 money was taken from my account and pizza was on it’s way to be delivered. Abruptly during delivery process order was canceled? Called the 23rd Ave store in moline as directed by cancellation message and person who answered the phone was absolutely rude and no help at all. I hadn’t been a customer of this establishment for many years but decided to try Papa Murphy’s again. They have lost a potential customer because they are unwilling to resolve this problem. $42 is a lot of money for me. Still hasn’t been returned to my account.

This is a fabulous Lil place on the Avenue. I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back there cuz we liked the price as wellVegetarian options: They have plenty of veggies...I know cause we got them on our pizza!Kid-friendliness: When we looked at the menu we did see that there is a lot there for children!Parking: Parking was great and easyWheelchair accessibility: There is parking for wheelchair accessibility as well...side walk is wheelchair access too. I don't see any issues that a wheelchair would have getting into this pizza place ?Dietary restrictions: When looking over the menu here I seen a bunch of different things for all different kinds of diets....gluten free stuff...vegetarian options I think it's a great place that has a wide variety for all types of diets.

Ordered from there online last week. No issues, pizza and cheesy bread were ready at pick up time. Pizza had plentiful toppings. Both cooked up beautifully in the oven. Will order from them again. I do think they are a little overpriced for it not being cooked, but overall, enjoyed the pizza very much.

I love Papa Murphys their pizzas are so delicious. I have never been disappointed. My favorites is their Family size Mediterranean chicken w/ thin crust. Next is their Chicken & bacon stuffed pizza it is like eating two pizzas. These Chicken & Bacon ones are pretty hefty.When I'm ordering these I sometimes get both. Another gr8 thing about Papa's U can use ur EBT food card for purchases.
