I ordered 12 wings and potatoes and a chicken sandwich. I got 7 wings and potatoes. I called to ask if I could get my actual order and the manager told me too bad! Never again! Also I asked for half lemon pepper and half hot wings. Got bland no seasoning garbage. I also asked for sauce and napkins, guess what? None!! The manager was extremely rude

Unfortunately, I have to give this Popeyes location a poor review. The food is great, but the service is consistently very poor. Unprofessional is the most accurate statement I can make. We’ve been ignored at the counter, employees acting like they don’t want to be there, and very slow service. The owner either needs to do some serious training, or they need to hire a new group of employees. Our bad experience with service wasn’t a one-off, it is the norm. But the food is very good, which is why we reluctantly keep coming back.

I like Popeyes, but this location sucks. I tried to go in yesterday afternoon but the door was locked. I went in another time around 6pm and after a while waiting at the counter, I finally got waited on. Then a woman came in right after me and the manager told her that they were taking no more orders and they were locking the doors. I wish Popeyes would monitor their locations better.

It has turn into the worst place to go always out of something getting order wrong they pick an choose when they want to wait on you yesterday I pulled in the drive thru an was told I had to wait for them to have a break before I could order day before wait in drive thru 15 min at speaker an no one came on but people chilling inside this place truly needs help an better management

Very poor customer service, as in when they’re not fighting with each other they also ignore the customers to the point of refusing to take orders when there is a few in the drive thru and you’re in the lobby. When and if there’s product they constantly get it wrong or don’t even place all items you ordered in the bags. This is absolutely the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to! Stay away!!!

Ordered $30 worth of food via the app.Upon arrival, after waiting in line for a ridiculous amount of time, they handed me a bag but didn't give me my drink. When I said I ordered a drink the girl had to double check the order before giving me the drink.I decided to check the bag and she yelled "You aren't allowed to look in the bag!" Excuse me? Who are YOU to tell me I can't check my order?!?It's a good thing I did because they didn't even give me the desserts that I ordered.At a glance, it looked like everything else was in the bag.I should have looked closer!I ordered red beans and rice and they gave me mashed potatoes.I ordered popcorn shrimp and they gave me regular shrimp.Sure, the potatoes and shrimp tasted good. But, it's not about the flavor it's about not getting what I ordered!The biscuits were harder than hockey pucks and completely inedible.On top of all that, they didn't give us cocktail sauce, BBQ sauce, butter, or honey. They also didn't give us silverware or napkins.We won't be going back until they fire the management and get someone in there who knows how to run a business properly!

It was absolutely the worst experience. The food wasn't ready after ordering online the inside was closed the drive threw was delayed. There was no cause on the wings the shrimp was horrible. Then the girl working the window was looking for my order then lied and said umm we didn't make it so it could be hot for you when u get here. I didn't order spicy wings and they gave me spicy wigs that had me sick all the next day. I almost puked after eating regularly chicken because it was full of oil. The experience was like a chicken joint from a horror movie.

I decided to give Popeyes one last chance, one more oppurtunity to keep me as a customer. I pulled up to the drive thru radio. The first and only thing I heard from the radio was "Gimme a minute." No friendly greeting or even a "Hi, I'll be right with you. I was hungry, I was tired from work, and I realized that there was a Chick-fil-a a block away. I'm done with Popeyes for good. Their chicken isn't good enough to warrant waiting an indeterminate amount of time to even get your order placed when there is a chick-fil-a and a Raising Cane's within minutes of this location. Sorry 'Slop'eyes, but you take the "Fast" out of fast food.
