Havoc And Malice

Don't ever order from here through door dashboard or other delivery service. If you're going to get your order right you apparently have to stand right there and watch them make it. Between them putting wrong ingredients on wrong sandwiches they skimp on the meat and load up the toppings. It's definitely not the delivery person's fault.

Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches, app said my order was built and ready for pick up but when I arrived at the store the employee stated they haven’t even started my order yet. Had to sit and wait in store for over 25 minutes when they should’ve been done already. Highly unprofessional and to much horse play on the line.

Ok for a Subway. My husband went here and ordered a footling roast beef with cheese. He said it cost more than $10.00 and didn't fill him up. He never gets veggies on it.Vegetarian options: A person can get veggies and cheese or just veggies on their bread.

Terrible experience. Decided to treat myself to dinner and went to Subway specifically because I had a coupon. However, I was unaware that this store does not accept the coupons that come in the mail. Did not know until after I had ordered. Will not be back again.

A gentleman named Conner was the nicest person to meet. Greeted me when I came inside and even had a small convo with him. Definitely recommend because whats a better sandwich when you have great service too!

Weird experience today. Employee was a little bit quiet and un-expressive which is okay. I don't need to be pampered.While toasting my sandwich, she asked me what I am gonna want on it literally right as she put it in the toaster. I asked "like veggies?" and was indicated that yes she wanted me to start listing. I won't refuse the process, so I started listing what I wanted thinking that its probably going to be overwhelming, listing 4+ ingredients in advance.Low and behold the first thing that is on my sandwich is lettuce, which was none of them.The reason I wrote this review is because this mistake is completely avoidable and that's happen at a Subway visit. If she was willing to wait a few more moments and ask what I wanted with my sandwich on the line, she wouldn't have put lettuce on.It didn't make me feel too welcome - is how I'd put it.

Every Saturday I stop and get a footlong for work, because I work 16 hours and Everytime I go they can't read that I want the sauce on the side ( I do this so later in the night I don't have a Soggy sandwhich) and they put sauce on it everytime. Today, they put so much on it that I couldn't even enjoy it, also this is the 1st time they didn't warm of the meat and bread (flat bread). Worst location! Management left 2 new employees alone who had no idea what they were doing. They had no prep ready and didn't know how to manage refunds or mobile orders. I feel bad for the 2 men working tonight on 3/30/23. And I would be surprised if they don't quit after tonight. No ill feelings against the men, just really poor management!! Restaurant was also dirty and freezing cold inside!!

They try their best, but it's understaffed and hard to get online orders because they aren't in the pickup spot.
