Went thru drive thru last Sunday morning about 1:30am, the lady at drive thru was very rude and irritated. Me and my wife haven't been there for years,.so asked if they still had the $5.box or the.double.decker tacos, and she was very rude in her response. They did have something that we chose from, but it was cold when we got it. Use to visit this place frequently, haven't been in 10years, will not return, at least not after 7pm.

None of my food was right had to fix it twice still not right my 5 layers not even cooked meat cold almost none on there hard burrito paid 54 dollars for some nasty food pissed don’t not eat here fries where cold no cheese sauce asked for steak got chicken cold chicken food was not eatable

Ordered DoorDash from this Taco Bell they forgot most of my order and messed up my food. No sour cream on a beefy five layer. No chalupa from the deluxe cravings box the beefy five layer was the saddest burrito I’ve ever seen looked like they used the barest amount of ingredients to try and roll it. I had more tortillas than meat. Honestly very disappointed

Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes and had to park and go in. My order was sitting there just hadnt been given to me. It was cold and inedible.. go somewhere

Okay so we all know that Taco Bell is not known for having the greatest food, nor the cleanest establishment. But let me tell you, this one is by far one of the worse in the QCA. Besides dirty table and cold temps inside, I don't think anyone actually works there. Except for one person. Her name is Maria. I only know this because I asked and made sure she knew I wasn't upset with her service. A young girl stood near a wall on her phone while I stood at the counter after making my order on the kiosk. I waited five minutes and she never looked at me. Maria, the person cooking food, asked if I'd been helped. The kids at the window we're not really working either. Maria asked someone to help me. That person had no idea what they were doing. After twenty minutes, I received my order. My cold order. A family that was seated before I came in were the only people in the restaurant. About twenty teens came in a few minutes after I had been waiting. Needless to say, I won't be back.
Came here to pickup a doordash order at 4:30 today all lobby doors are locked and went to drive thru to be told I have to come inside to pickup a doordash order how do you tell someone they have to come inside to pickup a order but have all your doors locked spent over 20 minutes just waiting in drive
The food was delicious, but the girl working the window had ZERO personality. She didn't say a word to me, just opened the window and handed me my food then closed the window.They need to up their customer service training game!
Please have some more staff it’s 2:00 pm peak rush hour and 3ppl are working ALL THE ORDERS!! That’s nothing less than torchering these ppl and customers . I won’t think they can meet quality and customer satisfaction with such short staff. This is my 5th visit and it’s like this every single time!!

Went through the drive through last night for them to mock me over the intercom because I asked for a minute to look at menu then I get to the window for the girl to be rude and snatch my card from my hands. As I’m waiting for my food this same girl is screaming at the top of her lungs at a cook I leave then there ain’t even meat in my supreme crunch wrap. Worst experience I’ve ever been through.

Order was for 2 quesadillas, 3 hardshell, and 2 soft shell tacos. Couldn't even get that right. Short 1 quesadilla and I'm not driving 20 minutes back up there. Another place to put on my list of never going back to. Thanks.
