I wasted my entire lunch break for 30 minutes in line for just a Ghost Pepper sandwich. The line wasn't even that long. They were just working ridiculously slow or acting like it was there 1st day. When I got to the 2nd window the woman tried handing me a drink I didn't order. On top of that they rang up the wrong sandwich and then looked at me with the deer in headlights look like im just gonna be okay with the fish sandwich they accidentally rung up instead. I asked for a refund to one other girl and she walked away from me. A manager came back and said to wait 2 min and then I finally got my sandwhich. They were literally completely dumbfounded on what to even do at their job. Like fr who hired y'all?

What a total disaster this location is. Latest experience; only one beef patty put in a Pretzel Baconator. Napkins are missing most of the time & lines are slow at drive through. I’m done with this location, the general manager here along with the help are incompetent!
I would put zero stars if this was an option. Trust me, go to this exact establishment and order food today… it will be disgusting and the order will be wrong. You will regret it immediately.

Hello we were out shopping the time slip by and were hungry out grandson suggested Wendy's and it had been a long time since we had Wendy's we agreed it was good especially the fries..

The cashier did not speak loud enough to hear what she was saying when asking us questions. Had to have her repeat everything.Most tables needed wiped off, had to wipe our self.Soda dispenser was out of a lot of drinks.Ketchup dispenser was empty.So by the time we got table wiped off, and spent approximately 5-10 minutes trying to get a soda that was available, running back and forth to table...food was cold.Won't be going back to that Wendy's.
