Terrible service and customer service. Ordered wings for pick up. Got them 1 hour after my pick up time as they were very behind. Got home and only had half of my order. They shorted me 20 wings. Tried calling and phone just rang and rang all night. Called next day and spoke with manager who stated you know we were very busy yest and I can’t help you with your problem since you ordered online. Email online and they can help you. I’ve emailed online numerous times and no response. We will never be back.

Place absolutely sucks, you will get stared at , mouth AGAPE LIKE YOU JUST SPOKE MANDARIN TO THEM AFTER YOU EXPLAIN YOUR ORDER! Needless to say order was wrong. Will never go back here.

Update:The tenders are meaty & crunchy, not crispy as they describe. The spicy Korean sauce is ok, but I still think dry rub on anything is better.The dry rub is definitely the way to go. The wet ones get mushy & slimy on a carry out order. If you have to have it sauced, eat it there. Our favorite dry rub is the lemon pepper closely followed by the Parmesan Garlic. Dipping sauces are good too.

Everytime me and my significant other have eaten here they have never gotten our order wrong. The food comes out as it should quality wise, and even taste good for leftovers.
I get lunch/ dinner here around once a week. Every time I walk in, the manager John immediately greets me with a big smile. No matter how busy he is, John always finds time to ask how I’m doing. And this isn’t just for me, when I sit down, I see him treat every other customer in the same kind manner. He makes for a great manager and I look forward to seeing him just as much as I look forward to eating those boneless wings.
