So here with Nicholas who had 6 tables all pretty much walk in at the same time. Only guy here he handled it like a champ!!!!! I’d come back just to hang out with him.

Stopped in for dinner on Sunday night and was so impressed! The place was pretty busy, but the one server was on top of everything. The food was amazing, specifically the spinach artichoke wrap, and our drinks never ran low. I really loved our waitress. Even when she was rushing food to all the tables, her customer service was top notch and she remained so friendly. It's so rare to find employees today that really seem to care about customers. She was funny and friendly, all while taking on the entire restaurant seemingly by herself. Cruisin' certainly has my business!

Had supper there last night with my daughter. I ordered the Patty Melt, and it was literally perfect. Burger done exactly as I requested, the rye bread was buttered and cooked to just crispy with the caramelized onions. My daughter had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, and she loved it. Plenty of fires - I'd call them a McDonald's cut. Food was hot and fresh and brought out to the table quickly. Drinks were refilled without asking, prices were on the lower end for the area. We're already planning to go back for the Friday fish fry!

Service needs work. I watched my appetizer sit in the window while the bartender sat at a table talking with other customers and not paying attention. Then I watched my entrees sit in the window while she was back sitting at that table again. Also watching the hostess play with her hair standing in front of my food talking to the kitchen staff. Server staff needs retraining on what is their job

First time for us. We met friends there that had been before. Nice decor and ambiance and the background music was right up our alley. I had the filet/medium. It was VERY tender and cooked perfectly. Nice sear and flavor. My husband had the Jumbo Fried Shrimp and he said they were good. (I forgot to take photos!) :( I wish I could give 4.5 stars (instead of 4). The only reason I'm not giving a 5 was that we thought the service was just a tad slow - but certainly not enough to prevent us from returning. The staff was professional and pleasant. We'll be back!

We had a large group on a Saturday night (made a reservation and were assured we'd have plenty of servers) and only had one server for our group even though there were three working and there were very few other patrons. This was my second time visiting and the service was terrible and several orders were delayed due to errors. Had to ask to get our orders taken, drinks, etc and then had to go to the counter to get our bills since the servers were all gathered around the cash register on their phones and not doing their jobs. This was disappointing because I had great food and service when I was there the first time for breakfast on a Sunday morning and talked the place up to my family before dinner. Certainly left a bad impression for the people in our group who had never been there before.
