What a gem!The view of the river from the patio was absolutely lovely. Twinkle lights to boot.Danny's Beef was the best beef sandwich I've ever had. The meat was so flavorful, one slice of cheese was the perfect amount, the bread was fluffy and crispy in all the right spots. The put the juice on the side, but the meat still had some moisture to it. I like mine on the drier side so this was perfect.Their french fries were also on point!The place had been busy with Oktoberfest so they were juggling post-festing with hosting their later guests, and they did phenomenal. Positive attitudes abound.I went yesterday, I want to go back to tonight. And again and again. Thank you for a delicious time!

We've attended 5 of the tasting events plus a murder mystery dinner and LOVED them. The host presentations have been informative, and the food and drinks have been excellent every time. We've enjoyed dining outside by the river during the summer, and in the bar area during music performances. We've always received great service and enjoyed the food and drinks.

This is a great place for a reunion in the beer garden on a nice September evening with live music and nice scenic spot along the Fox River. The food, service and ambiance are great. We had burgers for dinner, but lots of other items are next in our mind for next time. Remodeling in progress.
The food, service and ambiance are great hear. The menu has a great combination of items you can choose and try some different but tasty. I went to reunion party and asked how each dish they ate and how tasty they were. I want to come back and try them. The great scenic view of the Fox River makes outside seating a September evening with live music was a great touch. The service was attentive.

Went with my family after a local event. Seated inside and it's a nice pub interior. We got the giant pretzel to share and it's exactly what you want. It came with three great dipping sauces and there was extra salt if preferred sprinkled on the side of the pretzel. I also got the double Onion burger. The onion rings were fresh and had a great texture. The burger was cooked exactly how I ordered it and came out fast. Overall the food was good and the atmosphere is great. The view outside along the water is a main draw here too and I except to be back for music and beers while enjoying the view. Service was good.Areas for improvement: needed more seasoning on the burger patty and onion rings. The beer selection could use a couple more local options besides one noon whistle beer. The focus is German/European beers and could expand.

The room was so loud I could not hear the presenter. I have major food allegeries(strawberries) so the last minute substitution made it impossible for me to eat the last course. My husband raves about these events, I did not see that at this
