The cleanliness and quality of the Charley's you get is good but over the past several years everyone that works there has to be reminded thar pickles actually do exist and I shouldn't have to repeat my order twice to get something as simple as that every time I visit this particular Charley's. If I ask for a sandwich with everything on it why do I keep having to check my box and chase down my pickle lol.Other than that, this location is a 5/5
Stopped there on the way home, I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich with no mushrooms & fries. My sandwich was so good! Very flavorful a good amount of meat & cheesy. The staff were kind & smiled a lot. The fries were thick steak fries, good.

Good place to work. Their Boss closed for CHRISTmas. Leaving the travelers the main restaurant and a well stocked convenience store. I visit regularly and these people normally go above and beyond. Nice to be able to hive an important Holiday off.
