We visited from Chicago the night before a cruise. The people in costumes stole $20 off my husband and the hot dog cart on 48th charged me $32 for 2 hot dogs. I didn't know that until later. I didn't ask for a receipt because it was a hot dog! It's a rip off waiting to happen. NEVER AGAIN ! Steer clear of these guys and pay cash for any food. Den of thieves.

So disappointed, ordered 2 drinks thru the app for pickup, one was specifically ordered to be xtra hot. It was not even hot at all, barely warm. I am not exaggerating, I stood there while the barista was making it and took both drinks by her handing them to me, it wasn’t as if they were sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. The other coffee that was not ordered to be xtra hot was way warmer.Got on I80 right after I picked up our coffee so there is no option to go back and get it re-done.

Everyone has been super nice in the freestanding Morris location. Julia took my order thru the drive through and was so friendly. She is great at what she does!

Instead of putting your order next to the first letter of the name on the order. They just put it down wherever. Forcing the customers to pick throw the drinks to find theirs. Making the experience awkward and for mobile orders, time consuming.

I went to the Starbucks drive through and asked the barista I believe her name was Julia what a good drink to get was and she said to try a Carmel Crunch Frappuccino and let her know what I thought about it. Well I’m here now to leave a review for Julia it was very delicious that is what I will be ordering from there from now on. Julia was very nice and is definitely a people person also seems like very good company to have around. Thank you Julia for not only putting me on but for all your hard work! God bless you!!

I ordered my drinks ahead. So that I can pick it up and go to work but they didn't have it ready. The only thing that was ready was the croissant. On the app it said it should of been done by 2:16 and it wasn't so I waited 5 minutes more. One of the girls noticed and asked for me name and I gave it. She said my order will be up but I only got one of my drinks and not the other. I couldn't wait no more for the other one because I had to get to work. I was not very satisfied with what happened but at least I got one of my drinks and food item

So sick of these local Starbucks not keeping their hours up to date. I drive out of my way to come to this store because it's marked as open, only to find it closed.... just like I have with the two Minooka Starbucks in the past. The company needs to really review these franchises.
