I've worked in Morton Grove for 26 years and we have patronized this location often and have always found the food to be consistently great and the service to be Timely and I'm actually on my way there this now! Highly recommend. The Greek gyros are phenomenal and I also love the American Style. Stop by if you're in the area you'll be glad you did

Service was horrendous. Their drive through speaker doesn't work so I was handed a paper menu at the window. After 10 minutes and trying to flag down multiple workers who looked at me through the window, they never came back to take my order. Shame.

This is without a doubt the best Greek Gyros dinner around. I had it 3 times now and it has been consistently delicious. Try the vegetable/rice/ salad sides with the crispy Gyros meat, absolutely delicious. Now I want to have it again and I just ate it yesterday.

Philly steak sandwich and fries not worth ordering. My wife loves their greek salads. Expensive for a poor sandwich. Surcharges on credit cards. Do not waste your time.

Wow, was told about this place by a friend. As soon as you walk in two things hit ya immediately. First, the aroma of the food, Second the warm greeting. I had the Greek Gyro, OMG, I’ll never have another standard veal/beef gyro again. The Greek is all pork, so tender, juicy with, crisp ends!!! I will have to control myself, knowing this place is here. Oh, BTW. You should see the salads!!!! Single serving is big enough to feed a family!!!!! Try it, you won’t regret it!!!

I can't believe I never heard or tried this place before. I was hankering for some gyros and my usual spot The Works was not on the way back to the city so decided to try this place as I remember reading about how great this place was... And dang this place lives up to the hype! Best pork and American gyros ever! The meat was tender flavorful and seasoned to perfection! The pork gyros were crispy pieces that were so flavorful that I think I could choose this over American most of the time! The pita was fluffy and toasted well! The onions were red onions that were seasoned a bit and they give you a lot of tzatziki sauce where you don't have to worry about running out! Pro tip get grilled onions on the side and eat them with both grilled and raw onions on it. You're welcome!

Although I wouldn't call this an fully authentic Greek eatery, the food was remarkable enough to warrant a high rating. Counter service was quick and efficient as well. Their menu seems to fuse items found from your typical ma-and-pa red hot joint, as well as from gastronomic Greek street food places. I settled for the pork gyros plate w/ my choice of lentil soup. The soup was pretty average, with lentils not too mushy. Just wish it was served a bit hotter. But let me say, the pork gyros from here were the most tender and herby ones I have EVER had!! The rice pilaf packed the perfect softness (while not being watery) and potato wedges were nicely pillowy and lemony. The pita likely just came out of a Kronos package, expected that anyway though. The tzatziki, however, could use some improvement. I wish the dill aromatics would have come out more (if there even was any, that is). But the smooth and cool properties certainly were there. A pretty solid deal for $17 overall. And is guaranteed to fill you up, if anything! Another plus: unlike most places I've been to, there's no need to worry leaving with your shirt smelling like gyros. I would consider Charcoal Flame a great introduction for those who have never tried a non-American gyro before. But it also appears to be filled with locals who know good food! Would probably come back if I lived closer.

I ordered the burger well done and what I received was exactly that - in perfect form. Zero complaints or negative things to say whatsoever here. The pickles were fresh and the tomatoes were luscious and juicy. Great service and ambiance and most importantly great burgers. Cheers!

Just your typical Greek fast food joint - gyros, kebabs, Greek chicken all good stuff. The dinners come with Greek potatoes, rice & a salad at a reasonable price.
