We are the regular customer of this restaurant but today I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Usually there is always female staff who accommodate customers very well but today when I and my family come here we find male staff and the person namely phanule was extremely bad at customer service . He keep taking orders from those customers who came after us . We wait for him for a while but still no one was taking order . So my wife had to go to the counter to remind them that we are waiting for the order. Than that person Phanule came to us to get an order . Very bad customer service today .

This is my 4th time dining at this restaurant. When you’re here you’re getting an anthemic Indian cuisine experience. Their Boba is just the cherry on top! The staff know what they’re doing. To the DESI COMMUNITY please respect this establishment as a well ran business and don’t treat it like your aunty’ s house!!! Wait to be seated and be patient when they’re understaffed. This business is thriving and i wasn’t to see it stay! p.s. my one feedback is to bring in some warm lighting. The lights are too bright, softer lighting would be appreciated so you can comfortably eat with your hands. thank you.

Firstly great food. Very authentic. We had a Mysore Masala Dosa and Idli. Just like in India. Phaneul served us and was fantastic. Very attentive, guided us to the right choices and prompt.

I saw this restaurant and I thought lets give it a try and I ordered idli. It turn out best idli I ever had and I am not a sambhar fan but first time I finished whole sambhar.

The food at dosa point is pretty good. I have had my fair share of dosas and this place has the perfect consistency, it's not too crispy and it's not too soft. I tried their masala dosa and the aloo sag/masala tasted a lot like the desi version of mashed potatoes which my daughter LOVED. The sambar is PERFECT, the red chutney (idk what it's called) was my FAVORITE chutney. I would definitely go back. The service was okay, it was slow so it's not like they were overwhelmed. The dosas did come out in a timely manner, one by one for 7 people.

It’s my third time at Dosa Point and I still feel like it’s the first time, there’s so much to try each time. The joy in experiencing the food here is immense and the satisfaction with the service is profound. The ambience is delightful and so are the desserts. Loved the Boba drinks and the Lotus Biscoff I could never get full of it, it’s so delicious!!!

I have been really pleased with both the food and how promptly it arrives when I order it for delivery. Everything I have had has been delicious and flavored just right with not too much salt, not too much oil, and just the right amount of spice. It is clear that the cook and everyone else involved in the creation of the recipe have put a lot of care and thought into it. Thank you and I will look forward to future orders!
