The WORST pizza I have tried. Actually calling it a pizza is unfair because it tasted like a 2 day stale biscuit. Firstly they gave me the wrong order. I never asked for a thin crust but they gave me thin crust. Then I realized that they just added the toppings I asked for to an already made old pizza. I rarely give bad reviews but if you are not serious about your own business and dishonest to your customers by serving them stale food then you really deserves a bad review. I hope they learn from the mistake. PS. Dont reply with the refund comment. You already ruined my dinner and a refund will not work. Work on improving your standards.

Ive been going here since they opened. Quality control has gone down the drain. Ordered gyros cheese fries, A supreme pizza, And a veggie pizza. Gyro cheese fries had burnt gyro crumbs instead of pieces. Supreme pizza had literally 1 piece of pepperoni and 1 piece of sausage per slice of pizza. Veggie pizza was a joke. and barely had any toppings. And they could not follow simple directions as to not add mushrooms. not sure how this is acceptable to sell to customers. Absolutely dissatisfied. Will definitely be the last time i ever order from omg grillEdit so i can respond to the owner:No whats strange is you can take the time to respond arrogantly but not simply apologize. Shows volumes in your business ethics and lack of customer service skills. I dont need to call for a refund. I dont need the money, its the principle of providing a proper service which you cannot seem to do and clearly your recent reviews reflect it. Sadly you wont last long with the service and quality you provide

They have really good food but I don’t think they value returning/loyal customers as much we’ve been going to them since they opened the first day and they wouldn’t even give a small cup of sauce with the order. even when I told them they used to give it for free for us day 1. It’s a small cup of sauce jheeez we’ve been ordering food from them once a week easily. But food is good just don’t expect A+ customer service.Edit 03/09/2023I’ve attached a picture of their chicken 65 pizza. We asked for half of that and half cheese. They put one piece of chicken 65 on each slice. Just one. And their Philly cheese steak had almost 90% mushroom and 10% steak. I understand with prices rising stuff happens, but the price of the food items has also increased so I’m not sure why the price is up but the amount of chicken/ steak has gone down completely. Really disappointed because we’ve been customers from day 1.

I never had a Tikka Roll this big. I have a big appetite and couldn't finish the whole roll. In addition to quantity taste was also amazing.

3 stars is me being generous. My butter chicken pizza had more onions than chicken. I paid for 2 orders of fries, only received one. The chicken from the zinger burger looked like it came straight out of the freezer.

I asked for extra tzatziki sauce and this is what my gyros looks like. I’ve complained multiple times to them and they always have an excuse. Sorry you only get so many chances and you left me no choice but to let others know. This gunnah is on you that I had to throw away this dry excuse of what you call a gyro sandwich.

I usually dont write reviews that often But last night I went to OMG Grill with my wife. We asked them what was the best dish to order. The manager said, tonights special is "BEEF KOFTA".So we ordered the Beef Kofta and a Seekh Kabab roll TO GO.That was the WORST Beef Kofta I have ever eaten in my life. It looked and tasted like it was made 2 to 3 days ago and they just warmed it up in a microwave and gave it to us. It had No Taste. I was up all night with an upset stomach. I will try to avoid this restaurant from now on.Seekh kabab roll was OK.

Philly cheese steak is amazing, and the fries are delicious. However, the spicy Philly is revolting , and I resent that there is no difference between the regular size and large fries. Price and delivery speed are great. Just wish the spicy Philly weren't so awful.

Awesome. You really are pushed to say OMG... what a delicious Pizza I had... we are so stick to the gyro pizza that we hardly have ever tried the other options. Because it's so addictive... yummiest & you can have it really spicy (the way we like)We always loved the dine in experience as well as carry out. Highly recommended ? ?

The only bright spot about this place was Miguel the cashier, who was friendly and courteous. The food however, was atrocious to say the least. Extremely frugal with the meat portions on the 16 dollar footlong Philly, which was definitely deceiving from the picture the owner took(sandwich was stuffed). What meat that was put inside the roll was so salty that my friend had to stop eating . The twisted gyros pizza was came out undercooked / doughy with toppings thrown on after the bake, which was a huge disappointment. I don't know what kind of standards people have in this area regarding Halal American food establishments, but Im pretty sure that most of the positive reviews are from friends/family.The foul stench from the bathroom area like it hasn't been cleaned for months and the lack of complimentary water with the meal add to the total disappointment this place is.
I ordered the Philly steak, cheeseburger and zinger burger and thought the food was alright but lacked seasoning. The cheeseburger patty was surprisingly thin and needed salt. The zinger burger was good and had a good amount of spice. Finally, the Philly steak needed more salt and didn't even find any cheese. Overall the food is pretty standard and I would probably give them. Another chance but I hope they'll improve their taste.

Quite possibly, the worst dining experience ever. Customer service is horrible, and quality of food is even worse. Fries were still frozen, hot dog bun was stale and hard as a brick. Chicken burgers were basic, at best. Very disappointed in the lack of attention and the lack of focus on quality given here. Total waste of time and money. Nothing is fresh. The meat samosas tasted so bad that we couldn't even finish it. Stop trying to add things on the menu if you don't know how to make it, or don't know how to make it good. Do they not taste their food before deciding to put it on the menu? Jeez! This place should be called OMG-Hell No! This place is far from me to recommend.

As the friendly staff put it, this place is the fast food version of new place next door called Nafisa OMG! Very kid rep walked me through options and I ordered two paratha roll meals to go - Bihari and Chicken 65! Both were packed with extra meat, flavors, and onions/tomatoes mix that hit the spot! Fries were fresh and crisp. Very reasonable price place! Fair warning that paratha is not your traditional paratha but more of a mix in between Mexican Tortilla and Indian Paratha - still huge and perfect companion to flavorful meats!

Terrible customer service. Once i ordered out for work. They screwed up our order twice and I had to drive back there twice to receive it and on top of that I got over charged. Most recently(today) my buddy and I went over there for dine in. The so called bihari kabob pizza was basically pasty/mushy. Tried to pick it off and the residue was still stuck to the pizza. Since we did not like the taste we asked if we could replace it with a cheese pizza. They flat out refused because we had already started eating the pizza. This place lacks basic customer service and I've never come across such a business that doesn't care to give proper hospitality to its customers. I guess we're not coming back here anymore. UPDATE: Owner just responded accusing us of leaving one slice when we left more than a half a pizza and left. Whoever this owner is definitely needs to take a class or learn better customer service skills.
