I went for coffee and an order of egg bites. There was a young man at the register with curly hair. He handed me the swipe pad for my credit card with the total already displayed. He automatically hit the $2 total without my consent and nevermind that the wait time was long and he did not greet or say thank you. I would alert people to be very careful and watch your totals before paying. I will never go here again. p.s. learn how to make a cold brew. When a person says sweet cream they don't mean foam. It's coffee, ice and cream, don't make it more difficult than it is!!

Love this drink! It's my usual caramel macchiato with coconut milk, but this time with added pistachio cream! Very delicious!Service was a bit slow, and not too friendly at this location.

I’m really disappointed in this location today. My husband and I choose to drive a little farther away to this location because they’re quick, friendly and consistent with the quality of their beverages. Today however I’m not sure we’ll be returning. We placed our order from our house and drove to receive our beverages and it took a little longer than usual (not the problem - we’re happy to wait for our hand crafted beverages!) the issue arises after who I presume was the shift supervisor aggressively came at us telling us to come inside next time because we caused a line? My husband and I can’t even remember because we felt pretty attacked (if this coffee master wanted us to remember maybe she could have been more friendly.) I know Starbucks preaches about their 3rd place… but it won’t be ours from here on especially since our drinks were even made wrong.

I ordered a venti drink with light ice and got ice half of the drink. Complained to the drive thru person and she argued that it is the lightest ice it can be. Instead of offering to change the drink to light ice, she insultingly told me she can do another one with no ice. Showing a photo of the drink, with the date and time I ordered it.

I love a Starbucks that gets my drink right. This Starbucks in particular has really nice staff. One staff member was giving out samples. This was the first time I had samples at Starbucks, fun! Mobile order pick up was fast and easy.Parking: Very easy to park, right in front

Worst STARBUCKS EVER!!!! the service is horrible, the staff is miserable and the beverage SUCKED. The manager Steve did absolutely NOTHING about it. He was too busy fraternizing with the women staff. Very unprofessional and WORST customer service I have EVER experienced.

I swear, this location is the most spiteful fast food place out there. I know 'baristas' feel like they're practically artists and not just burger flippers with a different hat on, but thats just how corporate manages to trick their little self-important brains into near slave labor. Even the McDonald's down the street that specifically employs many of the community's disabled adults can handle an order far better than these spoiled kids. Whatever modifications you ask for, prepare for the opposite to be done to a sarcastic level.Hope someone makes some changes to the staff here soon. I'm guessing there's some Jr manager that wants all the younger kids to think they're super cool and edgy.

Worst Starbucks ever now. Be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes, the inside of the store to be closed and your order made wrong. Store has completely fallen apart. Bring back Val and the original staff upon open!
