Great experience. Food was delicious, made to order and warm, not to mention the freshness of the bagels. Very friendly and the staff worked great together to get things moving when the location got a bit busier. Definitely making it a monthly outing. You have to try the apple cinnamon cream cheese and the strawberry, not to sweet and spread perfectly.

The vibes are everything; and the staff is welcoming, friendly and served joyfully. Bagels were so fresh, and tasted great. I didn’t feel bloated after eating, the food is well made.

Fresh baked bagels with a wide variety. Even if you get a Baker's Dozen, you won't be able to sample them all in one hit.They also boost a huge variety of cream cheese. My personal favorite is the strawberry cream cheese. Great stuff.Well worth stopping into if you're in the area.

I order a bagel breakfast sandwich from here all the time but more recently I been noticing that they are starting to noticeably use less ham than they usually do. It’s kind of like they are cutting back to save money but besides the bagels are great.
Bagels are good. They have a lot of variety and have some great lunch sandwiches and paninis.I don't like that the eggs are like hockey pucks that you would get from Dunkin / McDonald's. But aside from that cannot go wrong with a dozen bagels to go.

I ordered a surprise bag through a third party app, but I was thirty miles away (in heavy traffic.) I called the store and the man who answered told me they were closing in half an hour-- he offered to wait if I could get there within 30 minutes of close!! I blushed with gratitude and asked if I might be able to pick it up tomorrow (the app I ordered through was quite firm about pickup times, so the store had no obligation to accommodate me.)It was kindly agreed that the bag would be kept for me. It was. :)Today, when I stopped by, I was greeted with a friendly smile by a woman who said "I gave that for you right here!"The day-old bagels are still wonderful. I couldn't be happier with this transaction. Thank you!!'10/10 an enthusiastic five star review!

I grew up in new york city and we take our bagels very seriously, especially my dad who’s had his own bagel shop for over a decade. I never expected to find an outstanding bagel joint in Chicago to say the least, but this place delivers. The bagels are so fresh, baked in house. Customer service is always friendly. I like taking my toddler here. Overall a win.
