Mount Carmel McDonalds is terrible!! 2 weeks ago I went thru the drive thru and ordered a large iced Caramel Machiato...it barely had any espresso in it! If I hadn't seen the thin layer on top, I wouldn't have been able to tell it had any. Few days later, go thru the drive thru again and order a large iced Caramel Machiato and surprise...no espresso at all! Paid almost 4 dollars for a large milk with Caramel sauce!! Last weekend went thru drive thru and got chicken mcnuggets and asked for honey mustard...get home and NO honey mustard! Go thru the drive thru today and get chicken mcnuggets and ask for honyey mustard...when the girl handed me my bag, I asked if my honey mustard was in there. She asked someone behind her.and then turned to me and rudely said "it's in there". Get home and NO honey mustard! I call and tell all of this to whoever answered the phone...she sounded like she thought all of this was funny! She did ask if I wanted a coupon for a replacement drink and I told her no...(thank goodness for Scooters coffee down the street)...told her that they need to retrain their staff! Had similar problems with them before and didn't go back for a year. Was told that it was a lot better so started to go back and it was a lot better! No problems until recently. When the girl on the phone sounded like she was laughing about all this...NO!! I won't be going back! Yes, losing 1 customer isn't going to hurt them...but they keep it up and they will lose more than just one customer...other people will eventually get tired of their terrible service and stop going too. I definitely do NOT recommend this mcdonalds to anyone!
