I ordered Ice cream from Baskin-Robbins and a milkshake from Dunkin. This location went above and beyond to handle my order with care. I called to tell this team how appreciative I am for their great customer service. I highly recommend making this place your next stop.

Closed indoors early. Very rude when we were trying to figure out our ice cream order in the drive through. Told us there was a timer and we had to hurry. We had never been to a Baskin Robbins before and now it will stay that way.

Someone tell me why this worker is watching a show on her phone? She acted irritated and took her sweet time as if to punish me for interrupting her show (see the phone by the register). Not a good look.

This place has to be one of the worst places. We went through the drive through and order two ice creams with hot fudge and nuts. Then we drove up to pay and noticed one ice cream did not have nuts so we kindly asked if she could add nuts. The lady just gave me a nasty look and refused to add nuts. I was in complete Disbelief and repeated my request and she began to argue with me about the nuts!!!!!!!!! Worst place ever.

We drive up to the drive though and order icream with nuts. Then we drove up to pay to find out that only one of our oders had nuts. Wr kindly ask if she can add nuts and made a huge eyeroll a d stated she could not add nuts. What kind of employee does this place have.. we where not asking for anytbing for free smh

Called to ask if they had a specific cake flavor available for purchase. Was told they have many cakes and they didn’t know if they had that. I needed to ask if they could check . They said they were too busy to check . I ask if I should call back in a half hour and they hung up on me.

Service is subpar at best. Rude employees and no offense, IF they accept to take your order, prepare for the wrong items. Photo is what was supposed to be a milkshake….
Such a bad attitude. Turn off your 24 hour light if you’re not gonna be open 24 hours. Also don’t get a job and then be mad at people for coming to YOUR JOB

I just pulled up to the drive thru and the guy working inside ran somewhere in the back and hid.. I waiting for 5 mins and when I left and pulled out to the main street, the guy walked out the back door and got into the passenger side of another car outside..
