I want to give Kevin from the Tire Center a huge shout out. My tires needed air and the Mt Prospect location now has self service. I had no idea how to fill my tires but shortly after I got into a spot, Kevin came out and explained everything to me, ie, check tire pressure inside of front door, be sure # on the machine matches and how the hose will beep once I'm at the required "weight". This is our go-to Costco and it has been plenty adequate and met our needs on a multitude of occasions. The clientele here is generally decent and respectful and that can make a big difference in your shopping. One Costco tends to have pushy and aggressive types and another Costco has a more unorganized haphazard crowd, but not here. The gas station here usually has a reasonable waiting time, unlike at Niles. The parking lot here is not as spacious as at Naperville, but it's adequate....read full review
