One staff member (lady) always interrupts other staff when they are attempting to take the order. Once she is taking your order she never lets you finish your sentence. It’s very frustrating when you come daily and if you’re getting more than 1 item good luck getting your order right because she talks over you making order wrong. Everyone else is amazing.

I come here quite often as I work next door. I always order on my mobile app and they always have my order ready when I pull up. They know me so well now that I am greeted by name anytime I walk in. Great service

Every time I have ordered from here the coffee is subpar. I’ve only ever had one friendly interaction with the staff. I just went through the drive thru but my coffee wasn’t made how I ordered it so I had to go in for cream and sugar, when I asked for the cream the women behind the counter looked at me like I was speaking gibberish or as if I had asked them for 1 million dollars. Unfortunately, this is the only one between my home and my job so I keep hoping for the best but it never happens.

I'm surprised by the poor reviews. Yes, once in a while we may get the wrong donut, but the employees are very friendly and our order is always ready on time (or quickly thru the drive-thru). One a suggestion for DD, keep the chocolate Carmel cold brew year round!
