I've been taking a different route to work lately and as a result, have been stopping at this Dunkin' for the past few days. I get black coffee and this place delivers!! They are fast and accurate and really know how to sling the joe!! I'll continue to come to this location even if I am back to my usual drive-to-work route. When I walk in (I don't do drive-thrus) the place is a beehive of activity! Almost a half-dozen diligent workers are buzzing all over, shelving donuts, pouring coffee and other assorted beverages, and judging from all the smiles I see, this must be a fun place to work in the morning. This Dunkin' is the place to be!!

I stopped here because it was next door to the doc's office I had just gone to and I needed caffeine. Dang, Dunkin has gotten pricey. I feel like iced coffees here are as much (maybe more) than Sbux. The iced coffee isn't that great, either. (I drink it black, so it's harder to disguise if it's not good). But, service was good and very fast. I barely stepped out of line after taking my receipt from the cashier and they had my iced coffee ready to go. If you like Dunkin coffee, then this location seems great. I think I'm just not a big Dunkin fan anymore.

It's a hit or miss with service. I understand they are busy but if I order food please put napkins it the bag. Sometimes the girls have morning attitudes and don't even look at you when giving you the change.

I love the morning staff all of the servers are very nice and as fast as they can be with drive thru pick up and walk inns they are truly and asset in this day and age people can be mean and impatient so when you get good customer service it deserves to be recognized please show your staff in a.m this post they need to be recognized 100% ?

The toasted bagel was clearly at least two days old. This must be the norm for Dunkin now because this is the 2nd Dunkin to do this and I bought it in the morning.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered iced butter pecan coffee and loaded hash browns. What I got was iced cinnamon coffee and burnt hash with a little bit of cheese and burnt bacon. I had to go in and get a replacement coffee (hadn’t opened the hash browns at that point). Not one employee greeted me or said they were sorry. The females just went on speaking in Spanish. These women need to learn customer service

DULCE IS THE BEST!!! She's so nice and super kind. I love the staff at this location. So far it's been all woman and they know what they're doing!! This is my go to Dunkin!

I was cheated on money!! It’s a crime. Guy said my card doesn’t work then wanted me to check it and pay few times. I paid. And he said its not working. Okay i was quit this place. Now i checked my bank account and my money is gone!!!!! That’s unbelievable. Give my money

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.. THEY HAVE FLIES ON THEIR DONUTS. I walked in to this store to buy a donut.. I'm looking at the donut cases and notice the donuts are in the open.. no door on donut display to keep flies from landing on them. I immediately see a fly on the donuts and flying around. I told the person working there and walked out.
