I placed an order at 5:32 PM and it is now 6:09 PM and my sandwich has not been delivered yet. My husbands deep dish pizza from Lou Malnati’s got delivered before a sandwich. When I called the delivery guy seemed in no hurry to get it to its destination. Jimmy John’s needs to change their slogan to “you’ll get it when you get it.”

Lot of employees but not good customer service, Dakota wouldn't take my reward number but took my payment quickly -as a long time customer I was disappointed and the bread didn't taste as fresh, maybe it's the location, won't be back ??

Not a Jimmy John’s standard. It’s a veggie sandwich, of course made with same gloves they touch meat products with. Seems to have lacking some training around how to handle food. It wasn’t under staffed. Not sure why they can’t maintain certain standards. Of course, Sandwich lack of lettuce and guac in between the cheese. Won’t be going to this location at all.

This place has the worst customer service ever. I order wraps from this place from their online website. I received a confirmation email and everything . As soon as I got there, staff member calls me that they can’t honor the price I ordered from their online website and said that it was a “scam”. How is it a scam if it’s their website .I took the time to get there with high hopes. It’s not the customers fault if they have something wrong with their website . TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE . The staff member said that the owner doesn’t care either !!!!

This will be my last attempt with this location and maybe Jimmy John's overall for that matter. I hate this location. Ordered a sandwich today normal size literally comes with 2 skimpy pieces of turkey. The rest of the sandwich was filled with everything else to make it look fuller. I called and explained which I NEVER do and I was given to Nate who pretty much just gave me the worst attitude and basically talked down to me like I was bothering him & as if I was stupid. He was crude and condescending. How about this? Let's give people what they are paying for? $20 with a drink and delivery now then you are going to give me attitude because you basically tried to take advantage of me and not put the reasonably amount of ingredients the sandwich should have? No joke please get over yourself (Nate) I will never order from this location again and I really miss the other JJ on Golf Road. The manager and employees were all sweet and kind. Aside from this experience today 90% of the time my food orders are wrong and take forever. So over it!
