I like the Little Caesars pizza. For about the same price as a frozen pizza, sometimes less, you get a fresh baked pizza. This location however has consistently been mismanaged for some time now and things are not improving. One terrible experience was after calling for an order a week before, for a Monday of the following week pick up, the store was late to open for an hour and I was told they have to cancel my order. Too many times, you set an appointment on their app for a pick up time, even for more than an hour before, you still wait for an hour after the time your order is supposed to be ready. Management has to be held accountable for this terrible service and lack of accountability.

They burnt the stuffed crust pizza called them 3 times got hung up on. Because they don't want to deal with it. Used to be good but the workers are trash and management seems to be nonexistent. This just happened it got delivered 15 minutes ago.

Guy with black shirt that has gold chain that work in the front is racist . He had us waiting 40 mins for a pizza and had everyone going in and out on their pizza . Then when given the pizza it was totally incorrect. Then he proceeded to tell us he didn't hear our order . It's very unprofessional that we have to deal with racism now and days and it's not fair to those of color to be taken as a joke

Dishonest location and manager. I have been given the runaround on a refund for a canceled order since June. Still no refund, August 15th! Manager is rude, answers the phone with "hello" has no name. Luckily I got my bank involved and they will handle the issue.

I usually come here but today there was this rude lady, the guy in front of me was ordering, he was very nice but she was very rude to him giving him an attitude so I've left without buying anything and will never come back. Place was dirty also

Worst experience ever. The staff were so rude and not doing anything.. Taking selfies and sweeping air? They told us our food would be ready in 15 min… We ended up staying for an hour. They even gave us attitude and asked if we payed. We had our receipt which saved us from being told we didn’t. Our food was already room temperature. it wasn’t even our order. It was someone’s phone order. I’ve never had a worst experience in a pizza place. Only one worker was doing their job. Others were doing nothing as we waited for our pizza…
