Frustrating experience when we place an online order and the receipt clearly stated the order that they still got wrong. Ordered drive through and gave us the wrong soup. Better make sure you get the right food before you drive off.

The chicken noodles soup was so watered down I just threw it out. I normally like their soup but it ended up just tasting like dirty water. My daughter got the kids grilled cheese and the bread was all torn up. It was not good. This place had a very dingy vibe as well. Service wasn’t the best. It wasn’t the worst it was mediocre, but the soup was just horrible.

Used to love going here but prices have skyrocketed and portions are very small. They used to have cut up lemons available but sadly no more.
Caitlin was very helpful and outgoing, Managed to save me some money based on my points. Will definitely be back to this location, They definitely know how to hire their team members!

I ordered from a table and put my table number on my order. I used the app. I was seated near the placed where orders were called. I did not hear my name. After several minutes I thought I saw my order. I was right. I thought it would be brought to me, since I put my table number on it. They never called my name. I went up and picked up my order. My sandwich was still warm but not as hot as usual.Disappointing.
They don't know how to read instructions or follow directions.
