Very slow drive thru service in the morning. There were only three cars in front of me and I waited nearly 15 minutes for one cup of black coffee.Nice people, slow service

Every time I come here in the evening the staff is just always going above and beyond. They’re super friendly and the drinks are always on point. Mind you I order a different one every time and I’m always very happy. Bathrooms pretty clean as well :

Overrun with 17 year old baristas who subscribe to r/antiwork and treat their job like modern day slavery. Sign of times. Thankfully I bought a nice coffee machine and make a world class coffee by my fireplace. They can keep their attitude.

Food has gone downhill at any American Starbucks. Offerings overseas are much better… especially in the Pacific Region. But, at least the staff here is cool and consistently makes drinks to standard.

HONESTLY NO EXAGGERATION, SUPER LONG DRIVE THROUGH LANE, WITHOUT A POLITE "SORRY FOR THE DELAY", ORDERED A VENTI MEDICINE BALL, THEY MADE IT WITHOUT LEMONADE. It is Christmas Eve, expect it to be a while. “Act like a Karen one said to another by phone just as their drinks were being done” It’s nothing new, it happens EVERY year. Don’t act surprised. They are doing the best they can.

There’s one girl making drinks! One person on register! One person on drive thru! These poor workers! There’s a SWARM of customers waiting around an hour for a drink. This is ridiculous these poor workers, Starbucks do better.

This is the worst SB I've been to. I was traveling through the area and stopped and they had the SLOWEST drive thru line ever. And my latte ended up just being steamed milk. This location absolutely sucks

I love Starbucks but this location does not believe in customer service. They will argue with you. They do not believe in creamers or sweeteners. And if you see SAL or CHRIS making your coffee. Expect a bitter start to your day.

One time through the drive thru the lid was not closed and it spill no apology didn't get a new one. Again drive thru same order I get and it was just 3/4 full.

I don't know why I keep coming to this Starbucks i al sways have a bad experience but I always give them another chance but for sure this is my last time ! My coffee was nasty is tasted like hot milk I couldn't even taste the coffee I had to say thank you twice to the barrista just to get a "your welcome back " wow ! Never again !

This place has a pleasant interior. However the music is always too loud. What's wrong with some peace and quiet in the morning? I approached the manager, a lady with a chronically angry look, and asked "Could you please turn the music down?" She starred at me, with a sneering look for a moment, and simply said, "Yeah." How rude and customer-unfriendly. She turned the music down. This woman should NOT be in front of the customers! Starbucks - time for a house cleaning at this location.
