I went to the store because I was convinced by many good Google reviews. But I felt very disappointed. I ordered a Thai milk tea with tapioca and a pastry. Tea was average but those tapiocas were super hard. Would not recommend.

Delicious mango bingsu served in a giant bucket. We had delicious belgian style waffles also. My family was very happy and full.

Really great triple berry yogurt smoothie. The tapioca boba has cores that are firm so if you like having squishy on the outside and hard on the inside bobas this is the place to get yours. This drink was nutritious and healthy. I could tell this was made with fresh ingredients. Waffles are cute and warm, go really well with the drinks. The staff is kind and friendly. Atmosphere is a nice spot for hang out with friends and for a short date, I mean short because it’s not the most spacious place so you can hang out and then go out haha

The best croffle I’ve had! I got the Nutella and Biscoff and Matcha glaze. They were both perfectly crunchy and soft. Even the plain croffle is so delicious if you don’t want a topping or glaze. Very addicting! I will definitely be coming back and sharing this with friends! ?

The iced latte my friend drank was really strong and it was a great coffee shop^-^

This place has the BEST matcha.. I come here almost everyday with my boyfriend. I get the iced matcha and he ordered the brown sugar oat milk latte. Both are so delicious and you can’t forget about the croffles! They are super fresh and tasty. Service is stellar and Bo is always so sweet and welcoming. If you’re looking for boba, coffee, or matcha, this is the place to get it!

This place has risen to all time favorite of mine. The Taro Milk tea is amazing! And the croissant waffle is practical at magic. I feel like I can’t find anything like that anywhere. Genuinely worth it.
